Bicyclist injured after being hit by car

LITTLE FALLS--A 59-year-old man was injured when a Mercury Sable collided with his bicycle at 1:21 p.m. Friday, July 20, on Highway 27 at Lemieur Street in Little Falls.

LITTLE FALLS-A 59-year-old man was injured when a Mercury Sable collided with his bicycle at 1:21 p.m. Friday, July 20, on Highway 27 at Lemieur Street in Little Falls.

The Minnesota State Patrol reported Judith M. Borg, 72, Staples, was driving the passenger car on Lemieur Street and making a right turn onto Highway 27, when the car collided with a bicycle. Borg was not injured.

The bicyclist, Rex P. Bachman, 59, Little Falls, was transported to St. Gabriel's Hospital in Little Falls with non-life-threatening injuries. Bachman was not wearing a helmet.
