ARRESTS -- A 33-year-old man was arrested at 2:25 a.m. Friday, Aug. 16, for carrying a pistol without a permit after a traffic stop on Highway 371 at Highland Scenic Road.
A 62-year-old man was arrested at 11:43 p.m. Thursday for driving after license cancellation/inimical to public safety after a traffic stop at Walmart, 7295 Glory Road. A second driver was cited for driving after suspension.
A 32-year-old man arrested at 1:39 a.m. Thursday for driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop on Highland Scenic Road at Forestview Drive.
SUSPICIOUS -- A driver was cited for driving after revocation after a traffic stop at 12:50 a.m. Friday on the 5000 block of Marohn Road.

SUSPICIOUS -- Report at 1:15 a.m. Thursday of suspicious activity on the 18000 block of Highway 371 in Brainerd. The deputy learned the male reportedly lives at the location.
Report at 12:58 a.m. Tuesday of a suspicious vehicle parked in an odd place with no lights on on the 19000 block of Highway 371 in Brainerd. The subject was staying at a residence near the location.

DISTURBANCE -- Report at 10:26 a.m. Wednesday of a disturbance on the 14000 block of County Road 116 in Merrifield. Parties were separated.
ARRESTS -- A 49-year-old man was arrested at 3:13 p.m. Tuesday after a report of an assault on the 20000 block of Pickerel Lake Road in Brainerd.
A 38-year-old man and a 36-year-old man were arrested for disorderly conduct at 12:46 a.m. Tuesday after a noise complaint on the 19000 block of Highway 371 in Brainerd. This was the second complaint of loud music coming from the residence. Deputies observed the loud music and got a statement from a neighbor.
