CROSSLAKE - Two drivers were injured in a crash at 7:32 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Crow Wing County Roads 3 and 11 in Crosslake, reported the Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office.
Karen Sue Larson, 56, Crosslake was traveling northbound on County Road 3 at the intersection of County Roads 3 and 11. Joleen Ann Morin, 28, Anoka, was traveling eastbound on County Road 11 and drove through the stop sign colliding into the driver's side of Larson's vehicle causing it to roll into the ditch, the sheriff's office said. A fire started in Larson's vehicle and had to be extinguished.
North Memorial Ambulance transported both drivers to Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd for injuries.
