The Brainerd Public Utilities Commission and the Brainerd City Council will meet for a special joint session 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, at the Crow Wing County Historic Courthouse, to discuss pending litigation with Tom’s Backhoe.
All or portions of the meeting will be closed to the public pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 13D.05 subdivision 3(b) for attorney-client privilege.
The city council will also have its regular meeting during that time.
