The Brainerd Area Landlord Association meeting will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Brainerd Police Station training/meeting room.
Speakers will be Rick Fargo, Ketti Green and Sherry Watland. Topic will be a review of landlords and tenants rights and responsibilities.
