Brainerd Area Sertoma Club presents $2,000 check to Confidence Learning Center
Brainerd Area Sertoma Club member Ken Toole recently attended the Confidence Learning Center board meeting to present a $2,000 check from the Sertoma Club to the learning center. The COVID Relief Grant came from Sertoma International and grants like it went out all over the country. If a club was not able to donate money from a public event which was canceled due to the pandemic, clubs were eligible to apply for up to $2,000. The contribution will help Confidence Learning Center with the issues of providing outdoor recreation for people with developmental and cognitive disabilities through the pandemic.
