The Brainerd Easter Egg Hunt will take place April 3 at Gregory Park in Brainerd.
The event is sponsored by the Brainerd Rotary Club, Sullivan Candy Supply and Brainerd Parks and Recreation. Registration is required this year for the free event.
There will be three waves of hunts: 10 a.m., 11 a.m. and noon. In each wave, there will be four groups of 25 with group A, group B, group C or group D. Children in the same household are encouraged to sign up in the same group. After each wave is over, children turn in their eggs and collect their Easter candy bag.
Masks will be worn at all times along with social distancing except when the hunt starts; children may take off masks as they run.
The Easter Bunny will be available for pictures. Families should arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled wave.
