Brainerd fire crew respond to calls

Firefighters get called to a smoke alarm and an elevator assist.

The Brainerd Fire Department responded to two calls Monday, June 21.

Firefighters were called at 2:47 p.m. to a smoke alarm on the 14000 block of Holly Drive, which was determined to have been caused by a maintenance matter.

Firefighters were called at 7:03 p.m. at Crow Wing County Community Service Building, 204 Laurel St., to assist with an elevator matter.
