Brainerd fire responds to smoke

The Brainerd Fire Department responded at 7:57 a.m. Monday, Dec. 23, to a report of smoke coming from a basement on the 1500 block of Rosewood Street. Upon investigation, it was determined to be a maintenance issue, and no smoke was found.
