The Brainerd Fire Department responded to a report of a gas smell at 9:03 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, at PetSmart, 13499 Elmwood Drive. Upon investigation, it was determined to be unfounded.
Firefighters also were called at 10:52 a.m. Tuesday to the Rodeway Inn, 11617 Andrew St., for a report of a gas smell. Upon investigation, it was determined to be a maintenance matter.
