Brainerd Firefighters responded to various calls over the past week.

On Friday, Oct. 15, crews were called at 11:11 a.m. to Forestview Middle School, 12149 Knollwood Drive, Baxter, for a fire alarm. Upon investigation, it was determined to be unfounded.

On Thursday, Oct. 14, firefighters were called at 1:20 p.m. to the 800 block of Paul Circle for a smoke alarm. Upon investigation, it was determined to be unfounded.

On Tuesday, Oct. 12:

  • Crews were called at 8:37 p.m. to Four Winds Treatment Center, 11600 State Ave., for a fire alarm. The call was canceled enroute.

  • Crews were called at 6:51 p.m. to Fourth Avenue Northeast and Washington Street for a vehicle crash. The call was canceled enroute.

  • Crews were called at 6:48 p.m. to the 7800 block of Highway 210 for a public assist with a vehicle.
