A 51-year-old Brainerd man was injured Saturday after he was pinned under the four-wheeler he was operating on the 11000 block of Eagleview Drive in Brainerd.
The Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office responded to the ATV personal injury crash at 12:22 p.m. The driver, Tracey C. Monton, fell off the four-wheeler. Monton was doing landscaping work near a garage when the four-wheeler tipped over steep embankment and pinned him underneath the ATV.
Monton refused medical treatment.
