Brainerd Public Library to close early Dec. 16

The decision comes after the Dec. 15 rain storm left icy roadways before turning over to snow as temperatures plummeted overnight.

Due to road conditions and other weather-related issues, the Brainerd Public Library announced it will be closing early, at 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16.
