Brainerd Public Library to offer no-contact curbside service

Curbside pickup times for the Brainerd Public Library include many hours throughout the week including Tuesday-Thursday evenings until 7 p.m. as well as Saturdays.

The Brainerd Public Library is now offering no-contact curbside service for customers to pick up library materials.

Library staff are available to help customers request materials over the phone and by email.

Curbside pickup times include many hours throughout the week including Tuesday-Thursday evenings until 7 p.m. as well as Saturdays. Book curbside appointment by visiting www.tinyurl.com/brainerdcurbside or call 218-829-5574.

For those who have items they need to print from a website or email, send them via email to brainerdprinting@gmail.com and library staff will respond with a confirmation once the prints are ready for curbside pickup.

“We are glad to offer these contact-free service options to keep the public and our staff safe during this time of extremely high COVID case rates,” said library manager Jenny Hill in a news release. “As always, we’re happy to answer any questions: email brainerd@krls.org or call us at 218-829-5574.”

Area residents who don’t yet have a library card may apply for one online by visiting https://bit.ly/3pP4Tgj . The library’s bookdrop to return materials, located next to the front doors, is open 24/7.
