Brainerd woman convicted of third-degree sale of meth

A 39-year-old Brainerd woman was convicted Wednesday of third-degree sale of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine by a Crow Wing County Jury, Crow Wing County Attorney Don Ryan reported.

A 39-year-old Brainerd woman was convicted Wednesday of third-degree sale of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine by a Crow Wing County Jury, Crow Wing County Attorney Don Ryan reported.

The jury deliberated for approximately two hours before reaching its verdict. Jodi Pearl Imgrund was charged with selling methamphetamine to a confidential informant working with the Lakes Area Drug Investigative Division Oct. 23, 2013. A search warrant was subsequently executed at Imgrund's residence where notes consistent with the sale of controlled substances were located.

Sentencing for Imgrund is set for Oct. 23, 2014.
