WILLMAR - An employee at Casey's General Store in Willmar was injured when the store was robbed Sunday night.
There's no report on the condition of the victim, who was taken to Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar for treatment.
Evidence of the crime was recovered but a suspect has not yet been arrested, police said in a news release.
According to the release, law enforcement from the Willmar Police Department and the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office responded to a panic alarm at 10:35 p.m. Sunday from Casey's at 1021 19th Ave. S.W.
"An unknown male had robbed the store and fled the scene on foot," according to the brief report, which does not indicate how the store employee was injured or if there was a weapon involved.

An extensive search of the area led to the recover of evidence, but no arrests have been made.
