Cass County Most Wanted for February 2017

One person is off the Cass County's Most Wanted list for February and a new person has been added.

Donald Connors's warrant was quashed on Jan. 25, resulting in him being taken off the list. He is being replaced by Derek Daniel Kingbird Jr. Kingbird joins Anita Rose Beaulieu, Kevin Jay Bruce, Anthony Leo Fuller, Sheila Renae Garbow, Lorraine Jean Hulett, Renee Marie Norris, Daniel Paez Orozco, Keegan Duane Osborn and Hector Villegas Ramirez.

As of Friday, there were 494 total active warrants, slightly down from 500 last month in Cass County, which includes 240 misdemeanors, 120 gross misdemeanors and 134 felonies.

If anyone recognizes or sees any of these people, they are asked to call Cass County Sheriff's Office at 218-547-1424. People do not have to identify themselves to authorities when turning in a Most Wanted person.

The current Cass County Most Wanted list:

• Beaulieu, 28, is wanted for a probation violation for burglary. Her warrant was issued Sept. 28, 2016.

• Bruce, 46, is wanted for failing to appear in court on fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. His warrant was issued Nov. 15, 2016.

• Fuller, 43, is wanted for failing to appear in court for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. His warrant was issued Aug. 28, 2015.

• Garbow, 40, is wanted for failing to appear in court for theft. Her warrant was issued Oct. 4, 2016.

• Hulett, 47, is wanted of violating her probation for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. Her warrant was issued Jan. 1, 2017.

• Kingbird, 32, is wanted for a probation violation for rioting. His warrant was issued Jan. 26, 2017.

• Norris, 40, is wanted for failing to appear in court on fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. Her warrant was issued Dec. 29, 2015.

• Orozco, 27, is wanted for failing to appear in court on first-degree possession of a controlled substance. His warrant was issued Nov. 21, 2016.

• Osborn, 24, is wanted for failing to appear in court on fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. His warrant was issued Dec. 6, 2016.

• Ramirez, 41, is wanted for failing to appear in court for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. His warrant was issued Aug. 2, 2016.
