During the summer months, shelters get bombarded with cats and kittens looking for a place to call home.
Heartland Animal Rescue Team is lowering the adoption fees for July and August to $50 in hopes of cats and kittens finding homes.
If they are not fixed, there will be a $50 spay/neuter deposit that is refundable with proof of surgery.
