Cemetery gates will be open longer hours for easy access to gravesites at Evergreen and Memorial Gardens Cemeteries during Memorial Day weekend.
All drive-in gates will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday.
On Monday after the Memorial Day ceremony, only the Third Avenue Gate entrance is open from noon to 8 p.m. After the holiday, normal vehicle gate hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays.
Removal of artificial flowers and decorations in the ground will begin June 19 in the morning.
