Census data gives community leaders vital information to make decisions about building community centers, opening businesses and planning for the future. It is used to redraw legislative districts and determine the number of seats each state has in the U.S. House of Representatives.
The Brainerd Public Library is a questionnaire assistance center for the 2020 Census. Library staff can provide information on filling out and returning forms either by paper or online and find answers to questions related to the census.
