LITTLE FALLS - Central Clean Energy Resource Team (CERT) and West Central CERT will meet from 3:30 to 5 p.m.Thursday in Little Falls. The CERTs will co-host a workshop on Minnesota GreenStep Cities. This free workshop is for both cities already participating in Minnesota GreenStep Cities as well as for city officials that are curious or thinking about it but haven't yet signed on.

Minnesota GreenStep Cities is a voluntary challenge, assistance and recognition program to help cities achieve their sustainability and quality-of-life goals. This free continuous improvement program, managed by a public-private partnership, is based upon 28 best practices. Each best practice is comprised of actions. These actions are tailored to all Minnesota cities, focus on cost savings and energy use reduction, and encourage civic innovation.
