CLC hosts Manufacturing Week events

Central Lakes College will hold several events in conjunction with Minnesota Manufacturing Week Oct. 1-10. The community, students and staff are invited to the events.

Central Lakes College will hold several events in conjunction with Minnesota Manufacturing Week Oct. 1-10. The community, students and staff are invited to the events.

From 1-5 p.m. Oct. 1 the CLC Staples campus will open the machine trades and robotics program labs for a tour. There will be coffee and cookies at the AME office as well as a booth and display from 3M.

From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Oct. 3, the CLC Brainerd campus will open its welding program labs, where students will be actively busy in the trade. Visitors will get a VIP ticket to have a private tour of the labs during Oct. 5-9. There will be hot dogs available and a robot will serve soda.
