CLC students, instructor, attend building dedication

Two Central Lakes College students and an instructor attended the dedication of Wefald Hall at Kansas State University on April 1. Students Trevor Lyon and Brendon Loch were joined by instructor Steve Wenzel from the political science department.

Two Central Lakes College students and an instructor attended the dedication of Wefald Hall at Kansas State University on April 1. Students Trevor Lyon and Brendon Loch were joined by instructor Steve Wenzel from the political science department.

Wefald Hall, an all-purpose $83 million project, is named in honor of retired president Jon Wefald. Wefald is a friend of CLC, its athletic program and was CLC's commencement speaker in 2012.

Speakers at the dedication of Wefald Hall included U.S. Sen. Pat Roberts of Kansas, Bill Snyder, coach of the Kansas State University Wildcats football team and Dale Brown, longtime coach of the Louisiana State University basketball team.
