BAXTER - Clearwater Road in Baxter reopened this morning.
Clearwater Road from Edgewood Drive to Grand Oaks Drive in Baxter was closed to through traffic in order to connect the sanitary sewer for the Woida Road, Wildflower Drive and Franklin Drive utility and street improvement project.
The actual work took place at the intersection of Clearwater Road and Forest Drive. It has been closed for about three weeks and will be reopened to all traffic by 6 a.m. today. No more road closures will be required on Clearwater Road as part of the Woida Road, Wildflower Drive and Franklin Drive utility and street improvement project.
There will be additional road closures for the project. The next major road closure will be Woida Road from Inglewood Drive to Lynwood Drive in late August and Inglewood Drive and Woida Road intersection road closure in early to mid-September.
