Marcia Mans of Baxter was kind enough to send us this photo of the thermometer outside her window that greeeted her this morning on her home located near the Mississippi River in Baxter.

Our examination of the photo determined that the thermometer reads -32º.

The official National Weather Service recorded air temperature at the Brainerd-Crow Wing County Airport at 5:53 a.m. this morning was -28º.

Today... Sunny. Highs 0 to 10.

Tonight... Mostly cloudy. Light snow likely west and central. Lows 10 below northeast to 10 above zero southwest.

Friday... Not as cold. Cloudy... Light snow likely north and east. Highs in the mid teens northeast to near 30 southwest.

Friday night... Cloudy. Lows 0 to 5 below north to 15 above zero far south.

Saturday... Mostly cloudy. Highs near zero northwest... In the teens elsewhere.

Sunday... Partly cloudy. Lows 15 below to 25 below zero north... Zero to 15 below zero south. Highs 5 below north to 5 above zero south.

Monday... Partly cloudy. Lows 15 below to 25 below north... To 5 below to 15 below south. Highs 10 to 20.
