Comment on Crow Wing's 2nd Amendment resolution beginning Monday

Written comments on declaring Crow Wing County a Second Amendment-dedicated county will be accepted through June 17.

The Crow Wing County Board of Commissioners is requesting public comment regarding declaring the county Second Amendment dedicated.

At the Tuesday, May 12, county board meeting, the board unanimously agreed to a 30-day public comment period beginning Monday, May 18. Comments will be limited to 200 words and each person is required to give their name and the city or township in which they reside.

Written comments on declaring Crow Wing County a Second Amendment-dedicated county will be accepted through June 17. Beginning Monday, comments may be:

  • Submitted online at crowwing.us .

  • Emailed to coadmin@crowwing.us (include “Second Amendment Dedicated County” in the subject line).

  • Mailed to Crow Wing County Administrator Office, 326 Laurel St., Suite No. 13, Brainerd, MN 56401. Comments need to be postmarked by June 17.
