The Crow Wing County Highway Department has entered into a contract with Anderson Brothers Construction for resurfacing four miles of County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 16 from Peoria Road to Little Whitefish Drive.
Construction work is scheduled to begin the week of April 27, weather permitting. Subgrade correction work approximately 3/4 of a mile west of CSAH 39 will begin on Monday. Mainline paving is scheduled to take place on Thursday and Friday. Shoulder operations and pavement markings will be completed the week of May 4. Traffic will be controlled with flaggers and a pilot car as needed. Expect delays and use caution while traveling through the construction zone.
