When crack sealing work on County Road 102 is complete, crews will begin working on County Highway 28. The project limits are the intersection with County Highway 12 in Irondale Township between Highway 210 and Deerwood, extending northwest to the intersection of Highway 210 in Crosby.

County work crews will be working on one travel lane and shoulder simultaneously, creating the need to close one lane of traffic. Signing and flaggers will control the traffic flow through the work area.

Depending on the weather, the project should last about one week.

Another project on County Highway 48 is set to begin at 5:30 a.m. Wednesday. The project limits are the intersection with Minnesota Drive, just south of College Drive in Baxter, extending north and east to the intersection of Northwest Fourth Street in Brainerd.

The traffic signal at Highland Scenic Drive (County Highway 48) and college drive will be set to flashing red allowing passage of one car at a time. Depending on the weather, the project should last about two days.

In a news release, Crow Wing County is asking drivers to be mindful of the construction zone and the workers when traveling in this area. Minor traffic delays may occur.
