A Brainerd woman and a Motley woman suffered injury in a two-vehicle crash in Nokay Lake Township just before 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15.
Marilynn Louise Puetz, 70, of Brainerd, was driving a 2009 Toyota Camry westbound on Highway 18 when it crossed the center line and collided with a 2009 Dodge Dakota driven by 74-year-old Bonnie Ann Brown of Motley.
Both Puetz and Brown were transported to Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd for non-life-threatening injuries. Brown's passenger, 72-year-old Dan Arthur Brown, was not injured. Road conditions were dry, and all occupants were wearing their seat belts.
The Minnesota State Patrol was assisted on scene by the Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office and North Memorial Ambulance.
