Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash at 3:50 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, at the intersection of Highway 371 and Green Gables Road, north of Baxter.
The Minnesota State Patrol reported a Ford pickup, driven by Shawn S. Flick, 48, Randall, was traveling south on Highway 371 when an eastbound Volkswagen Jetta, driven by Cindy Jo Parker, 58, Brainerd, pulled out in front of the Ford.
Both drivers, who were wearing their seat belts, suffered non-life-threatening injuries, the state patrol reported. Parker was transported via helicopter to St. Cloud Hospital as a precaution and Flick was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
The Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office and Brainerd Fire Department assisted at the scene.
