A motorist and her passenger were injured in a two-vehicle crash at 5:45 p.m. Saturday, May 12, at Eighth Avenue Northeast and H Street in Brainerd.
The Brainerd Police Department reported Janiece Renstrom, 40, Brainerd, was stopped at a stop sign on H Street and Kelli Turcotte, 45, Brainerd, was traveling north on Eighth Avenue Northeast. It was reported Renstrom's vehicle proceeded east across Eighth Avenue Northeast and the two vehicles collided.
Renstrom and her passenger, Shandra Frimood, 19, Brainerd, were transported to Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd for minor injuries. Turcotte was not injured.
