Crash injures woman, 2 children on Highway 210

A woman and two children were injured in a broadside crash Friday, Aug. 14, at the Deerwood Shortcut on Highway 210.

The Minnesota State Patrol reported 30-year-old Kayla Anderson was traveling west in a Ford Edge on Highway 210 at 6:15 p.m. when she made a left turn in front of a Chevrolet Silverado at County Highway 12, also known as the Deerwood Shortcut. The Silverado, driven by Randall Johann Einarson, 37, struck the Edge broadside.

Anderson and her two passengers were transported to Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby with minor injuries, the state patrol reported. Einarson was not injured. The cities of residence for those involved in the crash were not listed in the crash summary.
