ANIMAL COMPLAINT—Report at 12:09 a.m. Tuesday of an animal howling on the 6800 block of Clearwater Road. Caller thought the animal may be injured. Officers identified the animal as an owl and it was not injured.
SUSPICIOUS—Report at 8:47 p.m. Monday of a person riding a bike with no white light to the front on Scenic River Drive and Highland Scenic Road. Officer adviser biker to put a light on front for her safety.
THEFT—Report Monday of a theft of license plants on the 14000 block of Dellwood Drive.
Report Monday of a theft of services from Animal Care Center, 6763 Foley Road.
SUSPICIOUS—Report at 10:20 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 2, of a suspicious male in front of the caller's house on the 100 block of D Street. The male supposedly was on the wrong block.
Report at 11:36 p.m. Friday of a suspicious vehicle at Lum Park, 1619 NE Washington St. Officers responded and found three males. They were advised of park hours and asked to leave.
Report at 11:18 a.m. Friday of someone walking around the complainant's residence on the 600 block of F Street barefoot. Officer checked the area and spoke with a person, but they denied seeing anyone.
DISTURBANCES—Report at 10:46 a.m. Sunday of a woman causing a disturbance on the 11000 block of State Avenue. She was cited for fourth-degree property damage.
Report at 9:35 a.m. Sunday of a verbal disturbance on the 900 block of Washington Street. People agreed to separate for the day.
Report at 12:06 p.m. Saturday of a fight on the 600 block of WIllow Street. Two females were cited for disorderly conduct.
Report at 3:38 a.m. Saturday of a caller wanting a male removed from their residence on the 900 block of South Seventh Street. Officers gave the male a ride home.
Report at 12:05 p.m. Friday of a caller wanting a male removed from property on the 700 block of South Seventh Street.
Report at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 28 of a verbal argument on the 1200 block of Maple Street.
ARRESTS—A 56-year-old man was arrested at 4:22 p.m. Monday for disorderly conduct following a welfare check on the 500 block of Third Street.
A 28-year-old man was arrested at 8:04 a.m. Monday for second-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, theft and tampering with a vehicle at Batteries Plus, 923 Washington St.
A 33-year-old woman was arrested at 5:52 a.m. Sunday for domestic assault and disorderly conduct following a report of a physical domestic dispute on Hart Road.
A 28-year-old man was arrested at 4:35 p.m. Saturday for endangering a child and possessing drug paraphernalia following a welfare check on North Eighth and Kingwood streets.
A 27-year-old man wan was arrested at 7:35 am. Friday for theft, disorderly conduct and possessing a hypodermic needle for non-medical use at Cub Foods, 417 Eighth Avenue NE.
A 69-year-old man was arrested at 7:23 p.m. Nov. 28 for fourth-degree assault, obstructing with force and fourth-degree property damage following a medical incident on the 2100 block of Breilly Court.

ASSIST—Assisted Nisswa police at 6:07 p.m. Monday in looking for a suspicious male possibly following a female walking her dog on Wooddale Road and Poplar Avenue, Nisswa. The male was not located.
