ARRESTS—A 16-year-old girl was arrested at 2:34 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, for obstructing the legal process with force on the 500 block of First Avenue Northeast. A 20-year-old man was arrested on a warrant.
A 51-year-old man was arrested at 2:36 p.m. Tuesday for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct following a disturbance at the Minnesota Specialty Health System, 11615 State Ave.
A 37-year-old woman and a 33-year-old man were arrested at 12:11 p.m. Monday for fifth-degree drug possession and probation violations while assisting Crow Wing County probation agents on the 600 block of Washington Street.
A 36-year-old woman was arrested at 1:21 a.m. Jan. 6 for second-degree driving while intoxicated and possessing drug paraphernalia and marijuana during a traffic stop on Pine and 15th streets.
A 56-year-old woman was arrested at 3:57 p.m. Jan. 5 for disorderly conduct following a welfare check on the 1000 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast.
A 29-year-old man was arrested at 8:24 p.m. Jan. 4 for domestic assault, disorderly conduct and driving after revocation following an assault on the 600 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast.
DISTURBANCES—Report at 9:23 a.m. Thursday of a male and female yelling at each other on the 200 block of South Eighth Street.
Report at 5:51 p.m. Tuesday of a disturbance on the 700 block of Southwest Fifth Street. Upon arrival, the people involved were separated and a person agreed to leave for the night.
Report at 5:36 p.m. Tuesday of a verbal domestic dispute on the 1000 block of South Sixth Street. The people involved agreed to go to a friend's residence for awhile.
Report at 11:08 p.m. Jan. 5 of a possible domestic disturbance on the 400 block of Third Avenue Northeast. Officer learned it was verbal only.
Report at 9:31 p.m. Jan. 5 of a disturbance on the 1800 block of Pine Street. Person was removed and transported to a detox facility.
Report at 4:48 p.m. Jan. 5 of a verbal domestic dispute on the 900 block of Broadway Street.
Report at 1:19 p.m. Jan. 4 of people protesting on Washington Street. Officers responded and people calmed down and were advised to protest on the sidewalk and not interfere with customers.
Report at 11:25 a.m. Jan. 4 of Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center, 523 N. Third St. needing assistance with a patient leaving. Officer spoke with patient, who calmed down.
SUSPICIOUS—Report at 1:37 a.m. Jan. 5 of a male walking on the 500 block of 11th Street South yelling. Officers located the male and learned he was talking on the phone while walking home. He was advised of the complaint.
THEFT—Report Thursday of a theft of laundry from a shared laundry area on the 700 block of Brian Lane. Complainant called back and property was returned and taken by mistake.
Report Tuesday of a theft of tools taken from the back of a truck parked at Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center.
Report Saturday of a theft of a cellphone from a vehicle on the 400 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast.
CITATIONS—A 16-year-old boy was cited at 1:29 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11, for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on Oak and South Eighth streets. A 17-year-old boy was cited for curfew violation and a 15-year-old boy received a written warning for the curfew violation.
SUSPICIOUS—Report at 6:49 p.m. Tuesday of unwanted people making inappropriate comments to staff at Caribou Coffee and Bagels, 14199 Edgewood Drive. Officers were informed it was a repeated problem and the people were issued trespassing citations to keep them out of the business.

DISTURBANCES—Report at 3:38 a.m. Tuesday of a verbal argument on the 8300 block of Paradise Beach Road, Brainerd. People involved agreed to separate.
Report at 8:48 p.m. Monday of a domestic dispute on the 14000 block of Ironwood Lane, Brainerd. People involved agreed to separate.
Report at 12:05 a.m. Monday of a disturbance at Holiday Stationstore, 27390 Highway 18, Garrison. Deputy removed two males from the store.
BURGLARY—Report at 1:26 a.m. Tuesday of a burglary on the 21000 block of Cottontail Drive, north of Crosby. Deputies found entry was gained into garage.
Report at 5:38 p.m. Tuesday of a burglary at another address on the 21000 block of Cottontail Drive, north of Crosby. Deputies investigated and found no entry was made.
