ARRESTS—A 39-year-old woman was arrested at 4:02 p.m. Monday, May 13, during a traffic stop on Highway 210 at Knollwood Drive. According to the Crow Wing County in-custody list, the woman was arrested on three counts of driving while intoxicated and possessing pharmacy drugs and controlled substances.
A 33-year-old man was arrested at 2:56 a.m. Monday for DWI with a controlled substance and drug possession during a traffic stop on the 14000 block of Edgewood Drive.
A 38-year-old woman was arrested at 11:22 a.m. Sunday for DWI with a controlled substance during a traffic stop on Highway 371 at Pine Beach Road.
A 35-year-old man was arrested at 3:44 a.m. Sunday for DWI-controlled substance and drug possession during a traffic stop on Excelsior Road at Golf Course Drive.
A 39-year-old man was arrested at 8:11 p.m. Saturday for DWI following a driving complaint on Highway 371 at Lake Forest Drive.
A 27-year-old man and a 43-year-old man were both arrested at 11:29 p.m. Friday during a traffic stop on Highway 371 at Birchdale Road. The driver was cited for driving after license cancellation and having no insurance. The passenger was arrested on a Morrison County warrant and violating the conditions of his release.
FIGHT—Report at 1:50 p.m. Monday of a fight at Forestview Middle School, 12149 Knollwood Drive.
SUSPICIOUS—Report at 1:56 p.m. Saturday of a male sleeping by a tree on the 7800 block of Excelsior Road.
THEFT—Report Sunday of a theft of items taken from a boat overnight parked at Arrowwood Lodge at Brainerd Lakes, 6967 Lake Forest Road. Tackle boxes, 16 fishing rods, a propeller, rain gear and life jackets were taken.
DISTURBANCES—Report at 1:06 a.m. Saturday of a female upset with staff at Walmart, 7295 Glory Road, for not providing her with a ride home. Officer spoke with the female who then became upset with him. She was provided ride options and she walked away.
Report at 12:58 p.m. Friday of a physical domestic dispute between two people regarding a property dispute on the 14000 block of Firewood Drive.

BURGLARY—Report Monday of a burglary on the 6600 block of Estate Circle Drive, Brainerd. A cat was missing.
Report Monday of a burglary of a cabin on the 8600 block of White Oaks Trail, Pequot Lakes. The deputy conducted an investigation and contacted the owner who would be at the cabin on the coming weekend.
Report Saturday of a house and garage on the 10000 block of Brayton Road, Brainerd, was broken into over the last couple of weeks.
SUSPICIOUS—Report at 10:01 p.m. Sunday of a suspicious vehicle on Wise and Beaver Dam roads in Brainerd. A deputy made contact and no illegal activities were occurring.
Report at 11:36 p.m. Saturday of a suspicious person on Crow Wing County Highway 25 and Oak Hollow Road, Brainerd. A person was out for a jog.
Report at 2:33 a.m. Saturday of a woman screaming near Highway 169 and Holiday Harbor Drive, Garrison. The area was checked and no one was located.
Report at 10:33 p.m. Friday of a male sleeping in a vehicle on the 17000 block of County Road 142, Brainerd. The male was found to be homeless and was camping at the location.
Report at 9:42 p.m. Friday of a caller possibly hearing someone in a pole building on the 400 block of County Highway 43, Backus. Deputies checked the area and found nothing out of place.
DISTURBANCES—Report at 3:45 p.m. Monday of an assault between the complainant's adult daughter and her boyfriend in rural Brainerd. It was reported the two assaulted each other and left and deputies were unable to locate them.
Report at 7:34 p.m. Sunday of a caller wanting a female causing a disturbance removed from a residence on the 200 block of First Avenue Northeast in Brainerd. A deputy transported her to a different location.
Report at 7:27 p.m. Sunday of a physical domestic dispute on the 21000 block of Semler Road, Deerwood. People involved agreed to separate.
Report at 4:54 p.m. Sunday of a belligerent customer at Dollar General, 22452 County Highway 3, Merrifield. The customer became belligerent after being asked to get her young child from her vehicle. She was trespassed from the store.
Report at 12:55 p.m. Sunday of a disturbance on the 39000 block of Evergreen Way, Pine River. People involved separated and the matter was resolved.
Report at 1:40 a.m. Sunday of a vehicle tearing up the grass on the 9600 block of Business Highway 371, Brainerd. Deputies were unable to locate.
Report at 4:01 p.m. Friday of two brothers who got into an argument on the 6800 block of Wels Avenue, Brainerd. Deputy responded and took statements from each brother and they were advised to stay away from each other.
Report at 3:35 p.m. Friday of a verbal domestic dispute on the 19000 block of Soder Road, Brainerd.
Report at 3:12 a.m. Friday of a physical domestic dispute on the 21000 block of County Highway 28, Deerwood. Police may file charges with the attorney's office.
ARRESTS—A 30-year-old man was arrested at 3:35 a.m. Sunday for DWI following a complaint of an intoxicated driver. The complaint originated from Ironton and the driver was arrested at Perkins Restaurant in Brainerd.
A 58-year-old man was arrested at 9:08 p.m. Saturday for introducing contraband into the Crow Wing County Jail, 313 W. Laurel St.
A 67-year-old man was arrested at 9:58 p.m. Friday for DWI during a traffic stop on County Road 138 and Gateway Road, Garrison.
THEFT—Report Sunday of a vehicle theft on the 6600 block of Estate Circle Drive, Brainerd.
Report Saturday of a theft of rings taken from a residence on the 29000 block of 273rd Street, Pierz.
ARRESTS—A 33-year-old woman was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Saturday for fourth-degree DWI and possessing marijuana during a traffic stop on Highway 371 and WIlderness Ridge Road.
A 25-year-old man, a 22-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman were arrested at 2:23 a.m. May 9 for first-degree drug sales and drug possession during a traffic stop on Highway 371 and See Gull Road, Brainerd. The driver fled on foot and was not located. Police seized 28.8 grams of methamphetamine.
A 42-year-old man was arrested at 9:21 p.m. May 8 for driving after cancellation, possessing marijunana and having no insurance during a traffic stop on Highway 371 and Crow Wing County Highway 29, Pequot Lakes.

SUSPICIOUS—Report at 12:07 p.m. Monday of the caller's mail was torn in half in the mailbox on the 8500 block of Sparrow Drive.
Report May 7 of a front door open and glass was broken at a vacant trailer on the 30000 block of Terminal Road.
PROPERTY DAMAGE—Report at 6:07 p.m. Sunday of two juveniles causing damage to the city building behind the park on the 30000 block of North Spruce Drive. Officers located two males who admitted to damaging an old refrigerator and entering the salt and sand shed, but denied damaging the building. The parents were advised and the males were told not to return to the property.
DISTURBANCE—Report at 8:25 p.m. May 9 of a possible verbal disturbance between a father and son on the 8600 block of Southview Drive. Officers spoke to them both and educated the son on respectful dialogue and they both agreed to discuss in a more polite manner.
