ARRESTS—A 26-year-old man was arrested at 4:19 a.m. Tuesday, May 14, following a disturbance at Holiday Stationstore, 424 S. Sixth St. The man was booked for obstructing the legal process, domestic assault, disorderly conduct and possessing a dangerous weapon.
A 55-year-old man was arrested at 12:29 a.m. Sunday for fifth-degree drug possession and open bottle following a report of a suspicious vehicle at Lum Park, 1416 NE Washington St.
A 35-year-old man was arrested at 10:58 p.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process following a disturbance at Rumbly Hall, 707 Laurel St.
A 57-year-old man was arrested at 9:50 p.m. Saturday for driving after cancellation and possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on the 700 block of Industrial Park Road Southwest.
A 58-year-old man was arrested at 7:50 p.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia following threats made on the 600 block of West Washington Street.
A 61-year-old man was arrested at 6:03 p.m. Saturday for third-degree driving while intoxicated, driving after revocation and open bottle during a traffic stop on Southeast 12th and Oak streets.
A 29-year-old man was arrested at 3:13 a.m. Saturday for fourth-degree DWI and third-degree DWI test refusal following a driving complaint on Southeast 28th and Oak streets.
A 24-year-old man was arrested at 10:30 p.m. May 10 for third-degree DWI following a driving complaint on the 200 block of East River Road.
A 25-year-old man was arrested at 7:16 p.m. May 10 for fifth-degree assault, fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and legend drugs without a prescription following an assault on the 400 block of South Seventh Street.
A 29-year-old woman was arrested at 3:15 a.m. May 9 for domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 300 block of James Street.
A 43-year-old woman was arrested at 1:46 a.m. May 9 for third-degree possession of a controlled substance after an officer located a vehicle parked after hours at Kiwanis Park, 1101 E. River Road.
A 22-year-old man was arrested at 12:25 a.m. May 7 for domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 200 block of North Fourth Street.
SUSPICIOUS—Report at 3:32 p.m. Saturday of a suspicious vehicle occupied by a male and female on the 1400 block of Pine Street. The vehicle left before police arrived.
Report at 11:47 p.m. Saturday of a vehicle in a parking lot on the 100 block of Washington Street after hours. The driver needed directions.
Report at 6:29 p.m. Saturday of a male lying on the sidewalk on the 400 block of South Sixth Street and yelling. Officers transported the person to an unknown location.
Report at 3:31 p.m. May 10 of a female walking down the 900 block of Rosewood Street looking into mailboxes. Officers located her and saw her looking into mailboxes as she walked, but no mail was taken.
Report at 8:14 p.m. May 7 of a suspicious vehicle parked at the end of Buffalo Hills Lane. Officer made contact and advised them to be on their way.
DISTURBANCES—Report at 1:47 a.m. Monday of a verbal disturbance on the 1400 block of Pine Street. Officers mediated the situation and the people involved agreed to separate.
Report at 8:48 p.m. Sunday of a physical domestic dispute on the 2300 block of Kermit Lane. A woman was cited for disorderly conduct.
Report at 7:07 p.m. Sunday of a possible domestic dispute on the 1000 block of Quince Street. The people involved separated before police arrived.
Report at 5:30 p.m. Sunday of a verbal domestic dispute on the 2400 block of Hillcrest Drive. Officers mediated the people involved in the dispute.
Report at 3:23 p.m. Sunday of a verbal argument on the 1400 block of Pine Street. Officer made contact and advised the people involved.
Report at 7:45 p.m. Saturday of a verbal dispute on the 1100 block of Industrial Park Road Southwest. Officers learned no criminal assault took place, just arguing and they were told to ignore each other.
Report at 8:33 a.m. May 10 of a verbal disturbance on the 500 block of Laurel Street. The complainant requested a report to file for continued harassment by a person.
Report at 7:45 p.m. May 7 of a domestic dispute on the 800 block of Walnut Street. Officer gave the complaint information about the Mid-Minnesota's Women's Center and an order for protection.
Report at 6:36 p.m. May 7 of a verbal argument on the 1800 block of South Seventh Street.
Report at 5:27 p.m. May 7 of a group home resident refusing to get into a vehicle at Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center, 523 N. Third St.
ASSAULT—A 11-year-old boy was cited at 11:40 a.m. Sunday for fifth-degree assault, disorderly conduct and property damage following an assault at PORT Group Home for Boys, 1406 Laurel St.
BURGLARY—Report at 9:42 p.m. Monday of a male trying to get into the caller's house on Jessica Lane. Officers made contact with the male and he was advised to stay away from the house.
THEFT—Report May 8 of a theft of a bike on the 200 block of Southwest Fourth Street.
Report May 7 of a theft from a vehicle parked at South Eighth and Laurel streets.
ANIMAL—Report at 7:29 a.m. May 8 of a dog trapped on a roof on the 300 block of Second Avenue Northeast. Officers located the owner, who brought the dog inside after it jumped out the window to the roof.

BURGLARY—Report Monday of a burglary on the 6600 block of Estate Circle Drive, Brainerd. A cat was missing.
Report Monday of a burglary of a cabin on the 8600 block of White Oaks Trail, Pequot Lakes. The deputy conducted an investigation and contacted the owner who would be at the cabin on the coming weekend.
Report Saturday of a house and garage on the 10000 block of Brayton Road, Brainerd, broken into over the last couple of weeks.
SUSPICIOUS—Report at 10:01 p.m. Sunday of a suspicious vehicle on Wise and Beaver Dam roads in Brainerd. A deputy made contact and no illegal activities were occurring.
Report at 11:36 p.m. Saturday of a suspicious person on Crow Wing County Highway 25 and Oak Hollow Road, Brainerd. A person was out for a jog.
Report at 2:33 a.m. Saturday of a woman screaming near Highway 169 and Holiday Harbor Drive, Garrison. The area was checked and no one was located.
Report at 10:33 p.m. May 10 of a male sleeping in a vehicle on the 17000 block of County Road 142, Brainerd. The male was found to be homeless and was camping at the location.
Report at 9:42 p.m. May 10 of a caller possibly hearing someone in a pole building on the 400 block of County Highway 43, Backus. Deputies checked the area and found nothing out of place.
DISTURBANCES—Report at 3:45 p.m. Monday of an assault between the complainant's adult daughter and her boyfriend in rural Brainerd. It was reported the two assaulted each other and left and deputies were unable to locate them.
Report at 7:34 p.m. Sunday of a caller wanting a female causing a disturbance removed from a residence on the 200 block of First Avenue Northeast in Brainerd. A deputy transported her to a different location.
Report at 7:27 p.m. Sunday of a physical domestic dispute on the 21000 block of Semler Road, Deerwood. People involved agreed to separate.
Report at 4:54 p.m. Sunday of a belligerent customer at Dollar General, 22452 County Highway 3, Merrifield. The customer became belligerent after being asked to get her young child from her vehicle. She was trespassed from the store.
Report at 12:55 p.m. Sunday of a disturbance on the 39000 block of Evergreen Way, Pine River. People involved separated and the matter was resolved.
Report at 1:40 a.m. Sunday of a vehicle tearing up the grass on the 9600 block of Business Highway 371, Brainerd. Deputies were unable to locate.
Report at 4:01 p.m. May 10 of two brothers who got into an argument on the 6800 block of Wels Avenue, Brainerd. Deputy responded and took statements from each brother and they were advised to stay away from each other.
Report at 3:35 p.m. May 10 of a verbal domestic dispute on the 19000 block of Soder Road, Brainerd.
Report at 3:12 a.m. May 10 of a physical domestic dispute on the 21000 block of County Highway 28, Deerwood. Police may file charges with the attorney's office.
ARRESTS—A 30-year-old man was arrested at 3:35 a.m. Sunday for DWI following a complaint of an intoxicated driver. The complaint originated from Ironton and the driver was arrested at Perkins Restaurant in Brainerd.
A 58-year-old man was arrested at 9:08 p.m. Saturday for introducing contraband into the Crow Wing County Jail, 313 W. Laurel St.
A 67-year-old man was arrested at 9:58 p.m. May 10 for DWI during a traffic stop on County Road 138 and Gateway Road, Garrison.
THEFT—Report Sunday of a vehicle theft on the 6600 block of Estate Circle Drive, Brainerd.
Report Saturday of a theft of rings taken from a residence on the 29000 block of 273rd Street, Pierz.
