DISTURBANCES—Report at 11:26 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, of a disturbance on the 600 block of Norwood Street. The call resulted in police filing possible drug possession and drug sale charges with the city prosecuting office.
Report at 3:38 p.m. Wednesday of a physical domestic dispute on the 800 block of Lum Park Road. Officers determined nothing physical occurred and people were separated and sent on their way.
Report at 1:06 p.m. Wednesday of a female student causing a disturbance in the lunch area at Brainerd High School, 702 S. Fifth St.
Report at 7:53 p.m. Tuesday of a verbal dispute that turned physical on the 1000 block of Kingwood Street. Officers calmed the people down and they agreed to separate for the night.
Report at 12:42 p.m. Monday of a disturbance on O Street at Mill Avenue. A person was cited for disorderly conduct.
Report at 8:31 p.m. May 18 for a domestic dispute on the 800 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast. The call resulted in police filing possible domestic assault and disorderly conduct charges with the city prosecuting office.
Report at 7:03 a.m. May 18 of a female yelling on the 700 block of South Ninth Street. Police arrived and people were arguing. They were advised.
Report at 1:31 a.m. May 18 of a verbal disturbance between neighboring tenants over noise on the 200 block of South Seventh Street.
Report at 10:13 p.m. May 17 of a disturbance at an apartment on the 400 block of South Seventh Street. Person was gone before police arrived.
Report at 8:59 p.m. May 17 of a caller reporting a verbal altercation with people in another vehicle in the McDonald's drive-thru, 510 W. Washington St. Officer spoke with people involved and learned there was nothing criminal happening and they were all sent on their way.
Report at 9:38 a.m. May 17 of a male student causing a disturbance at BHS.
Report at 9:36 p.m. May 16 of an angry person outside O'Neary's Irish Pub, 305 S. Seventh St. Officers advised the person to go home with a sober driver.
Report at 3:46 p.m. May 15 of a disturbance on the 300 block of B Street. A 15-year-old boy was cited for misdemeanor domestic assault.
ARRESTS—A 30-year-old man was arrested at 11:52 a.m. Wednesday for fifth-degree assault, property damage and disorderly conduct following a report of an assault at Building 21 at the
Minnesota Specialty Health System, 11615 State Ave.
A 40-year-old man was arrested at 1:10 a.m. Monday for second-degree burglary and property damage on the 9000 block of Twins Street.
A 23-year-old man was arrested at 1:35 a.m. Sunday for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and third-degree test refusal during a traffic stop on highways 371 and 210.
A 27-year-old man was arrested at 11:15 p.m. May 17 for a county warrant following a report of a suspicious man on the 800 block of Juniper Street.
THEFT—Report Tuesday of a bike stolen from the Brainerd Public Library, 416 S. Fifth St.
Report Monday of an iPhone 8 taken from Lowell Elementary School, 704 Third Ave. NE.
Report Monday of a large amount of tools stolen from the back of a truck parked on the 500 block of North Ninth Street.
Report May 14 of someone stealing the complainant's clothes from a dryer on the 1200 block of Oak Street.
SUSPICIOUS—Report at 7:18 p.m. Monday of some boys at a residence looking suspicious on the 900 block of Third Avenue Northeast. The boys were advised they were not wanted at the residence and had to leave.
Report at 12:57 a.m. May 18 of an occupied vehicle parked at Kiwanis Park, 1101 E. River Road, after hours. Police advised them of park hours and gave a juvenile a written warning for curfew violation.
Report at 12:57 a.m. May 17 of a vehicle parked at the trail head off Beaver Dam Road and Wise Road. Police determined them to be taking a walk.
Report at 11:39 p.m. May 16 of a person acting strange on the 700 block of Laurel Street. Officers searched the area and was unable to locate anyone.
Report at 10:17 p.m. May 14 of a suspicious vehicle parked at Lum Park, 1619 NE Washington St. People stated they were letting their dog out. Officer informed them of park hours.
BURGLARY—Report May 15 of a residence broken into on the 1100 block of Mill Avenue. A 16-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy were cited for property damage and unlawfully entering the property without permission.
BEAR—Report Thursday of a bear destroying a bird feeder at Randy's Plumbing and Heating, 8216 Industrial Park Road.
Report Thursday of a bear in the complainant's yard on the 14000 block of Hemlock Drive. A DNR conservation officer responded and was advised the bear left.
ARREST—A 31-year-old woman was arrested at 12:39 a.m. Thursday for DWI during a traffic stop on Excelsior Road and Grand Oaks Drive.
SUSPICIOUS—Report at 1:34 p.m. Thursday of a person going through the garbage bin at the Dollar Tree and then behind the Westgate Mall. Officer made contact with person who denied going through the bins. He was advised to leave.

ARREST—A 20-year-old man was arrested at 5:16 p.m. Wednesday following a report of a domestic assault on the 21000 block of Crow Wing County Highway 1.
FIRE—Report at 3:39 p.m. Wednesday of a power pole on fire on the 23000 block of Warren Lane, Deerwood.
ARREST—A 35-year-old man was arrested May 19 for violating the conditions of his release during a traffic stop on Third Avenue and Fourth Street Northwest.
DISTURBANCES—Report May 16 of a disturbance involving two juvenile males on the 700 block of Poplar Street. Officer cited both boys with disorderly conduct.
Report May 16 of three kids who were possibly fighting at a business on Third Avenue Southwest. Officers made contact and advised them of the consequences of their actions.
Report May 15 of a disturbance involving a juvenile male on the 700 block of Poplar Street. Officer made contact and advised.
Report May 14 of a disturbance at a residence on Third Street Northeast. A female left the scene and the male advised officers of the incident.
Report May 14 of a disturbance involving four or five juvenile male and females on Third Street Northeast. Officer advised them all.
THEFT—Report May 15 of a theft from an unlocked vehicle parked on the 300 block of Second Street Southeast.
