DISTURBANCES—Report at 9:47 p.m. Tuesday, June 4, of two vehicles stopped in the roadway on Cedar Scenic Road and Olivewood Drive. The complainant could hear yelling, screaming and profanities. Vehicles then left east at a high rate of speed. Officers were unable to locate.
Report at 9:34 p.m. Thursday of a disturbance on the 14000 block of Oakwood Drive. The complainant said the subject was yelling at her and banging on her vehicle, but the subject left before police arrived. The complainant said she had a conflict with the subject's husband and was advised of the restraining order process.
SUSPICIOUS—Report at 1:58 a.m. June 3 of three males in a park after hours. Officers informed subjects of the curfew.
Report at 3:49 a.m. June 3 of a suspicious vehicle on the 200 block of South Eighth Street. The subjects stated they were pulled over trying to contact a friend.
Report at 3:58 a.m. June 3 of a suspicious vehicle on the 1200 block of Evergreen Avenue. An officer identified the subjects and informed them of park hours.
Report at 12:35 p.m. June 3 of a boy climbing on parked railroad cars on South 10th and Front streets. The boy left the scene soon after. Officers located him nearby and advised him not to play by railroad cars.
Report at 10:47 p.m. June 3 of a suspicious vehicle on the 1200 block of Evergreen Avenue. Two people were located and advised of proper conduct and park hours.
Report at 12:03 a.m. Tuesday of suspicious people in a park on the 1100 block of East River Road. Officers advised them of park hours and sent them on their way.
Report at 6:16 p.m. Tuesday of a male who had been letting himself into a resident on the 200 block of Gillis Avenue over the last few days to get water. The owner said he would call 911 next time the male showed up.
THEFTS—Report on June 3 of items stolen from a vehicle on the 600 block of West Washington Street.
Report on June 3 of theft of mail from the 400 block of D Street.
Report on Tuesday of the theft of a bike on the 1000 block of Kingwood Street.
Report on Tuesday of a theft on the 2000 block of South Sixth Street.
Report on Tuesday of mail theft on the 1200 block of Maple Street.
DISTURBANCES—A woman was cited for disorderly conduct at 10:49 a.m. Tuesday following a disturbance at Planet Fitness, 14136 Baxter Drive.
Report at 9:39 p.m. Tuesday of a disturbance on the 200 block of South Sixth Street. Two subjects admitted to having a verbal altercation with a person in a vehicle who had driven away. Parties were separated.
Report at 10:37 p.m. Tuesday of subjects screaming at each other in the alley on the 300 block of Fourth Avenue Northeast. Officers found the altercation to be verbal only and separate the subjects for the remainder of the night.
Breezy Point police
ASSAULT—Report at 11:23 p.m. May 31 of an intoxicated man who said he was assaulted by his wife more than an hour prior to the call on the 11000 block of Fawn Lake Road in Crosslake. The wife was in bed upon officer arrival, and the two parties' stories varied greatly. The husband agreed to go to sleep, while the wife agreed to sleep in another room.
THEFTS—Report on May 29 of the theft of an iPhone from a golf cart at a public access on North Lakeview Drive.
Report on Saturday of a citation issued for theft and a trespass warning given on the 30000 block of County Highway 4.

THEFTS—Report on Wednesday of the theft of a firearm from the 28000 block of County Highway 4 in Breezy Point.
Report on Thursday of the theft of a Bobcat utility trailer from the 12000 block of County Highway 11 in Pequot Lakes.
Report on Thursday of a theft on the 10000 block of Brayton Road.
ARREST—A 60-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault at 9:24 a.m. Tuesday on the 20000 block of Tower Road in Ironton.
BURGLARIES—Report on Sunday of a chain saw and booster pack stolen on a barn on the 13000 block of Thompson Road in Brainerd.
Report on Tuesday of a storage unit burglarized on the 10000 block of North Long Lake Road in Brainerd.
SUSPICIOUS—Report at 11:54 a.m. Thursday of a male lying in the grass by the entrance of the BMX track on the 10000 block of Town Hall Street. Deputies were unable to locate the subject.

THEFT—Report on May 31 of a theft on Central Street in Jenkins.
SUSPICIOUS—Report at 10:37 p.m. May 30 of a vehicle that pulled into the cemetery on Brown and South Oak streets and turned its lights off. An officer made contact with the occupants, who said they were attempting to repossess a vehicle. Subjects were advised to leave the cemetery.
ARREST—A 33-year-old man was arrested for assault after a report of a disturbance at 3:38 p.m. May 27 on South Sluetter Road and County Highway 168.
BURGLARY—Report on May 26 of an attempted burglary on Paul Circle.
