SUSPICIOUS -- Report at 2:31 a.m. Friday, Aug. 30, of a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot at Westgate Mall on Baxter Drive. The vehicle belonged to an employee at Big Lots.
ARRESTS -- An 18-year-old man was arrested at 6:38 p.m. Thursday for driving while under the influence of a controlled substance during a traffic stop at highways 371 and 210.
A 20-year-old woman was arrested at 9:05 p.m. Wednesday for DWI with a controlled substance and drug possession during a traffic stop at College and Industrial Park roads.
A 33-year-old man was arrested at 5:33 p.m. Wednesday following a report of a domestic dispute on the 4900 block of Oak Street.
A 33-year-old man was arrested at 5:17 p.m. Tuesday for a probation violation following a report of a suspicious man walking in a driveway on the 13000 block of Maplewood Drive. The man ran into the woods when confronted and ran to a group home. He was later located at Walgreens in Brainerd.
DISTURBANCE -- Report at 7:36 a.m. Thursday of a male and female who appear to be hitting each other in a vehicle with an infant present on Highway 210 and Memorywood Drive. Officer was unable to locate vehicle.

SUSPICIOUS -- Report Aug. 25 of a suspicious person in a yard on the 32000 block of Cedar Street. Officers were unable to locate person.
DISTURBANCES -- Report Aug. 24 of a fight at Dockside, 9269 Breezy Point Drive. People involved separated before officers arrived and no assault occurred.
ARREST -- A 31-year-old man was arrested Aug. 21 for third-degree DWI during a traffic stop on the 9300 block of Breezy Point Drive.
DISTURBANCE -- Report Aug. 19 of a verbal domestic dispute at a residence on Fourth Street in Ironton. Officers learned a juvenile and friends were getting overly excited and loud playing a video game.
SUSPICIOUS -- Report Aug. 19 of a suspicious vehicle and person on Oak Street. The person was gone upon arrival.
Report Aug. 19 of a suspicious vehicle at the Crosby Memorial Park campground, where a person was apparently living in their vehicle. Officer made contact and the person was having vehicle problems.

SUSPICIOUS -- Report at 9:49 p.m. Thursday of a vehicle parked at the boat launch unattended on Pelican Beach Road, Merrifield. The vehicle was removed by the owner.
Report at 8:43 p.m. Wednesday of a suspicious vehicle on the 35000 block of White Pine Knoll in Jenkins. People were looking for places to goose hunt.
THEFTS -- Report Thursday of a theft of 10 square bales of hay off a wagon on the 16000 block of Twin Island Drive, Brainerd.
Report Wednesday of a theft of a golf cart in Brainerd.
ARRESTS -- A 57-year-old man was arrested Aug. 25 for fifth-degree drug possession during a traffic stop on Highway 371 and Crow Wing County Road 107, Pequot Lakes.
A 52-year-old man was arrested Aug. 21 following a report of an intoxicated person on the 23000 block of Smiley Road.
SUSPICIOUS -- Report Aug. 19 of a vehicle speeding and an older man stopping and making inappropriate comments to an employee at Grand View Lodge, 23521 Nokomis Ave.
SUSPICIOUS -- Report at 9:24 p.m. Wednesday of people walking from the back of a closed business on Bear Road in Cushing. A man was taken into custody for a warrant.
Report Aug. 25 of a gate lock that was cut in Randall and horses were let out. The SD card also was missing from the game camera.
DISTURBANCES -- Report at 12:45 a.m. Wednesday of an assault on Pine Avenue in Motley. Two men were cited for fifth-degree assault.
Report Aug. 22 of a verbal domestic dispute between a mother and son in Pierz. They agreed to separate for the night.
Report Aug. 22 of a possible assault on Forest Road in Little Falls. Deputies made contact and found two people having a verbal argument.
THEFT -- Report Monday of a theft from an unlocked trailer at a residence in Cushing.
ARREST -- A 27-year-old man was arrested Aug. 25 for third-degree DWI during a traffic stop in Royalton.
