PROPERTY DAMAGE -- Report at 7:47 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, of an ex-girlfriend breaking out the complainant’s headlight with a hammer on the 11000 block of Arlington Avenue. A 17-year-old girl was cited for misdemeanor property damage.

Report Sept. 10 of someone breaking into a garage on the 1600 block of Rosewood Street, taking a lawn machine for a joyride in Jaycees Park.

ARRESTS -- A 29-year-old man was arrested at 12:20 a.m. Monday for public nuisance, possessing hypodermic needles for non-medical use and possessing illegal drugs at Southeast 13th and Washington streets.

A 13-year-old girl was arrested at 6:46 p.m. Sunday on the 11000 block of Arlington Avenue for domestic assault and disorderly conduct and violating the conditions of her release.

A 56-year-old man was arrested at 12:41 p.m. Sunday for fifth-degree drug possession and a Hennepin County warrant during a welfare check on the 400 block of First Avenue Northeast.

A 55-year-old woman was arrested at 7:14 p.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct following a fight on the 1000 block of Fir Street.

A 35-year-old man was arrested at 3:50 p.m. Saturday for disorderly conduct following a report of an intoxicated employee causing a domestic disturbance on the 14000 block of Riverside Drive.

A 34-year-old man was arrested at 1:21 a.m. Saturday for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop on the 900 block of Oak Street.

A 40-year-old woman was arrested at 1:17 a.m. Saturday for fourth-degree DWI and third-degree test refusal during a traffic stop on Northeast Washington Street and Fifth Avenue Northeast.

A 32-year-old man was arrested at 4:46 a.m. Friday for domestic assault and disorderly conduct following a report of a domestic dispute on Jessica Lane.

A 34-year-old woman was arrested at 5:57 p.m. Friday for disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia following a domestic disturbance on the 1100 block of 15th Avenue Northeast.

A 22-year-old woman was arrested at 10:58 p.m. Thursday for a Scott County warrant following a report of a suspicious vehicle on the 1100 block of East River Road.

A 30-year-old woman was arrested at 10:18 p.m. Thursday for fifth-degree drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijunana during a traffic stop on North Ninth Street at Washington Street.

A 26-year-old man was arrested at 7:08 p.m. Sept. 10 for a probation violation and possessing drug paraphernalia and syringes following a suspicious activity report on College Drive.

A 31-year-old woman was arrested at 11:02 a.m. Sept. 10 for domestic assault and disorderly conduct following an incident in the parking lot off Washington and North Fourth streets.

A 19-year-old man, a 20-year-old woman and a 19-year-old woman were arrested at 12:53 a.m. Sept. 10 for underage consumption on the 500 block of South Sixth Street.

DISTURBANCES -- Report at 6:38 p.m. Monday of a domestic disturbance with a possible suicidal person on the 700 block of Walnut Street. The person was not located.

Report at 5:21 p.m. Monday of a verbal domestic disturbance on the 900 block of Oak Street. People involved had separated and left before officers arrived.

Report at 8:23 a.m. Monday of a male student causing a disturbance at Brainerd High School, 702 S. Fifth St.

Report at 7:06 p.m. Friday of teenagers causing disturbances outside Garfield Elementary School, 1120 10th Ave. NE. Officers were unable to locate them.

Report at 5:26 p.m. Thursday of a group home resident refusing to drive home with staff while at Essentia-Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center.

Report at 11 a.m. Thursday of a male student causing a disturbance at BHS.

Report at 12:40 a.m. Thursday of a domestic disturbance on the 1000 block of South Sixth Street. Officers checked the area and did not locate anyone.

Report at 5:32 p.m. Sept. 10 of people causing a domestic disturbance in a parking lot on the 200 block of Southwest Fourth Street. Officers spoke to the people and advised them to stay away from each other.

Report at 1:34 p.m. Sept. 10 of a fight in the lunch area at BHS.

SUSPICIOUS -- Report at 12:54 a.m. Monday of a suspicious vehicle on D Street at Third Avenue Northeast. Police checked the area and were unable to locate anyone.

Report at 11:43 p.m. Sunday of a suspicious person requesting a room key at Econo Lodge, 2115 S. Sixth St. Officers made contact and found the person did have a key and assisted the person to their room.

THEFT -- Report Monday of a theft of items from a vehicle on the 1600 block of Minnesota Drive.

Report Monday of a theft of a package taken from a door step on the 1500 block of Maple Street.

Report Sunday of a theft of money from a vehicle on the 600 block of Charles Street.

Report Thursday of a theft of an iPhone 8 taken from a vehicle parked on the 1900 block of South Seventh Street.

Report Thursday from Good Samaritan Society, Bethany, 804 Wright St., of an employee theft. Police are preparing paperwork for possible criminal charges.

Report Thursday of a theft of a bike on the 1100 block of Pine Street.

BURGLARY -- Report Monday of a burglary to a shed on the 23000 block of Crow Wing County Highway 26, Brainerd.

Report Sunday of a forced entry into a home on the 40000 block Fox Glen Drive, Fifty Lakes.

Report Saturday of a burglary of a building on the 24000 block of County Highway 19, Merrifield.

Report Friday of a garage burglarized on the 20000 block of North Long Trail, Brainerd. Two air filters for John Deere were missing.

Report Friday of a burglary on the 13000 block of White Pine Drive, Brainerd, where an all-terrain vehicle was stolen.

ARRESTS -- A 56-year-old woman was arrested at 9:50 p.m. Sunday for DWI following a driving complaint on the 43000 block of County Road 136, Fifty Lakes.

A 71-year-old man was arrested at 8:27 p.m. Friday for DWI following a report of a vehicle off the road on the 20000 block of County Highway 1, Emily.

A 26-year-old man and a 67-year-old woman were arrested at 12:51 a.m. Friday following a report where a woman came to the 40000 block of Highway 6, Emily, stating she was beaten by her boyfriend. Deputies spoke to the victim and then arrested a man for domestic assault and a woman for tampering with a 911 call.

A 25-year-old man was arrested at 12:42 a.m. Friday following a domestic disturbance at Holiday Stationstore, 424 S. Sixth St., Brainerd. Deputies observed a man swearing and yelling at an employee and then became aggressive with deputies.

DISTURBANCES -- Report at 3:16 p.m. Sunday of an argument with a person about his driving on the 8500 block of County Highway 9, Brainerd.

Report at 2:18 a.m. Sunday of a domestic disturbance at Brainerd International Raceway, 5223 Birchdale Road, Brainerd.

Report at 9:12 p.m. Saturday of a domestic disturbance at BIR. The people involved were told to remain separated for the rest of the night.

Report at 3:57 a.m. Saturday of an intoxicated juvenile out of control on the 500 block of Eighth Avenue, Ironton. The juvenile eventually calmed down and was transported to her mother’s.

Report at 2:42 a.m. Saturday of a domestic disturbance on the 23000 block of County Highway 12, Deerwood. People involved agreed to separate for the night.

Report at 6:13 a.m. Friday of a fight between brothers at BIR.
