ARRESTS -- A 38-year-old man was arrested at 3:18 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, for fourth-degree assault and obstructing the legal process during a traffic stop on Highway 371 and Excelsior Road.
A 34-year-old man was arrested at 3:08 a.m. Sunday after fleeing an officer who attempted to stop him on Glory Road and Isle Drive.
A 32-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman were arrested at 1:43 a.m. Saturday for drug offences following a report of a suspicious vehicle at Walmart, 7295 Glory Road.
THEFT -- Two reports Tuesday of an unknown male and a female who went through self-check at Walmart and failed to pay for their items.

DISTURBANCES -- Report at 11:19 a.m. Saturday of a domestic disturbance involving a juvenile girl on the 10000 block of Star Lake Camp Drive, Pequot Lakes. Deputy located the person and brought her home.
Report at 9:48 a.m. Friday of an altercation between two people on the 40000 block of East Emily Drive, Emily. Deputy stood by why a person removed her property.
SUSPICIOUS -- Report at 9:40 p.m. Monday of suspicious activity in front of a house on the 16000 block of Miles Circle, Brainerd. Caller stated it was unknown if a vehicle was stuck and there were several people running around yelling. Deputy responded and discovered several kids were having a Nerf war.
Report at 7:40 a.m. Monday of two unknown women refusing to leave the 13000 block of Crow Wing County Road 116, Merrifield.
THEFT -- Report Monday of a theft of a wallet on the 17000 block of Highway 371, Brainerd.
BURGLARY -- Report Saturday of a storage unit broken into sometime since July on the 10000 block of Glacier Road, Brainerd.
Report Friday of the caller missing medication on the 12000 block of Highway 210, Brainerd.

DISTURBANCE -- Report at 4:09 p.m. Oct. 8 of intoxicated persons arguing on Davis Street.
ARREST -- A 64-year-old man was arrested at 10:40 a.m. Oct. 8 for second-degree driving while intoxicated, open container and no Minnesota driver’s license during a traffic stop on Highway 371.
ARREST -- A 52-year-old woman was arrested Sunday for DWI after a report a vehicle was pulled over asking for directions and caller thought the driver was intoxicated.
A 24-year-old woman was arrested Friday for DWI during a traffic stop.
SUSPICIOUS -- Report Oct. 9 of a suspicious vehicle behind a business on on Eighth Street Northeast. Officer responded and the vehicle was unoccupied.
Report Oct. 8 of a suspicious vehicle at a business on the 400 block of Eighth Street Northeast. Officers made contact and the driver and passenger were students who had an open hour from school.
Report Oct. 8 of a suspicious vehicle at a business on Highway 6. Officers made contact and people stated they were just sitting there.
DISTURBANCES -- Report Thursday of a domestic disturbance at a residence on the 300 block of First Avenue Northeast reporting threats from a neighbor’s son the night before. Officer spoke to the neighbor who said the complainant came over and yelled at her son while they were sitting outside and that her son went home and didn’t speak to the complainant. Officer advised complainant to call back if he had further issues.
Report Thursday of a domestic disturbance call from a residence on First Avenue Northwest reporting two people throwing things at one another. Officers spoke to the people involved and both claimed it was verbal only but the female wanted the male to leave. The male was allowed to take his belongings and leave.
Report Thursday of a domestic disturbance at a residence on the 100 block of First Street Southwest, involving an assault by a juvenile. An officer responded and spoke to the parent who said her child would not listen and had scratched her. The child eventually calmed down and the officer provided the parents with information on Crow Wing County Community Services for some advice.
Report Oct. 9 of a domestic disturbance from a residence on the 200 block of Sixth Street Northeast, where a juvenile was arguing with his parents and had taken a vehicle without permission. Officers located and spoke to the juvenile and the parents and advised them to calm down.
Report Oct. 9 of a civil issue at a residence on the 300 block of First Avenue Northeast. The officer responded and spoke with a person who was intoxicated and angry with his landlord. The officer calmed him down and advised him to have a civil conversation with his landlord when he was feeling better.
