SUSPICIOUS -- Report at 1:22 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, of a suspicious male walking around the 500 block of Northwest Fourth Street and shouting outside.

Report at 2:34 a.m. Sunday of a male who approached the complainant and tried to get him to fight on the 300 block of South Sixth Street. Officers were unable to locate the male.

Report at 4:16 a.m. Saturday of an unknown male in all black clothing walking through the caller’s yard on the 700 block of H Street. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate anyone.

Report at 2 a.m. Saturday of a suspicious vehicle on the 1200 block of 14th Avenue Northeast. Officer made contact and it was a neighbor coming home.

At 8:18 p.m. Nov. 5 an officer observed a person sitting in a vehicle on the 600 block of Front Street. The person stated she was staying out of the weather while she waited for a ride.

Report at 7:13 p.m. Nov. 4 of a male acting strange and knocking on the caller’s door on the 1100 block of Beech Street asking for directions. The male was gone before officers arrived.

Report at 11:28 p.m. Nov. 3 of suspicious activity on the 700 block of 28th Street. Officer determined it was a person chasing a skunk out of their driveway.

ARRESTS -- A 13-year-old boy was arrested at 7:26 p.m. Tuesday for misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute on the 1100 block of Quince Street.

A 43-year-old woman was arrested at 7:53 a.m. Monday for possession of methamphetamines near children, fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after a report of someone finding drugs on the 400 block of First Avenue Northeast.

A 33-year-old woman was arrested at 8:50 p.m. Sunday for second-degree driving while intoxicated following a welfare check on Highway 371 at Highland Scenic Drive.

A 29-year-old man was arrested at 8:21 p.m. Saturday for second-degree DWI, driving after suspension and leaving the scene of a crash on West College Drive at Mississippi Parkway West.

A 29-year-old man was arrested at 1:38 a.m. Saturday for fourth-degree DWI and third-degree test refusal during a traffic stop on Highway 210 at Pine Shores Road.

A 31-year-old woman was arrested at 1:36 a.m. Saturday for fourth-degree property damage and trespassing on Kari Lane.

A 44-year-old man was arrested at 12:04 a.m. Friday for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, driving after cancellation and having an uninsured vehicle during a traffic stop on the 3300 block of Oak Street.

A 39-year-old man was arrested at 4:53 p.m. Thursday for disorderly conduct following a disturbance on the 600 block of Laurel Street.

A 28-year-old man was arrested at 5:23 p.m. Nov. 6 for misdemeanor theft at Cub Foods, 417 Eighth Ave. NE.

A 64-year-old woman was arrested at 7:14 a.m. Nov. 5 for obstructing the legal process following a report of the woman refusing to leave the emergency room at Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center, 523 N. Third St.

A 37-year-old man was arrested at 1:26 p.m. Nov. 4 for theft following a report of a suspicious person at Walgreens, 340 W Washington St.

A 51-year-old man was arrested at 7:45 p.m. Nov. 3 for domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 700 block of 12th Avenue Northeast.

A 24-year-old man was arrested at 8:15 p.m. Nov. 2 for fourth-degree DWI and driving after revocation following a report of a stalled vehicle on the 300 block of West Washington Street.

A 22-year-old was arrested at 1:03 a.m. Nov. 2 for fourth-degree DWI during a traffic stop on the 500 block of Washington Street.

A 47-year-old man was arrested at 8:34 p.m. Oct. 31 for domestic assault and disorderly conduct following a 911 hang up on the 2200 block of Breilly Court.

A 25-year-old man was arrested at 9:03 p.m. Oct. 31 for second-degree assault on the 800 block of I Street.

A 23-year-old woman was arrested at 1:03 a.m. Oct. 31 for third-degree DWI and driving after license revocation on the 700 block of Norwood Street.

DISTURBANCES -- Report at 3:38 p.m. Tuesday of a female student yelling at staff at Brainerd High School, 702 S. Fifth St., and causing a disturbance.

Report at 1:53 p.m. Monday of the BHS staff needing assistance with a male student.

Report at 1:08 p.m. Monday of a verbal domestic dispute on the 300 block of Southwest Sixth Street. People involved agreed to separate.

Report at 2:07 p.m. Friday of a verbal domestic dispute on the 600 block of Willow Street. People involved agreed to separate.

Report at 1:49 p.m. Friday of a fight at BHS.

Report at 7:24 a.m. Friday of a verbal domestic disturbance on the 700 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast.

Report at 1:33 a.m. Friday of a domestic disturbance on the 300 block of James Street. Officer learned there was no disturbance and everyone was back inside their residence.

Report at 7:32 p.m. Nov. 5 of a minor domestic dispute inside 612 Station, 612 Front St., and a person had left. Officers were unable to locate the person.

Report at 8:29 a.m. Nov. 4 of a physical domestic dispute Oct. 29 on the 1200 block of Quince Street. Police are preparing possible criminal charges for domestic assault and disorderly conduct.

Report at 11:49 p.m. Nov. 3 of an assault on the 1200 block of L Street.

Report at 1:23 a.m. Nov. 3 of an assault on the 100 block of Gillis Avenue.

Report at 1:25 a.m. Nov. 2 of a domestic assault on the 1200 block of Campus Drive W. Officers arrived and people involved were separated.

Report at 8:11 p.m. Nov. 1 of a domestic disturbance on the 200 block of North Seventh Street Officers cited three people for disorderly conduct.

Report at 7:06 p.m. Nov. 1 of a man being disorderly and engaging in indecent conduct at the Brainerd hospital.

Report at 11:03 a.m. Oct. 31 of a possible physical domestic dispute on the 1400 block of Norwood Street. Officers responded and learned it was verbal.

OTHER -- Report at 1:42 a.m. Friday of an intoxicated man falling asleep at Perkins Family Restaurant, 623 W. Washington St. Officer gave the man a ride home.

THEFTS -- Report Friday of a theft from a gym locker at BHS.

Report Nov. 5 of a theft from the girls’ locker room at BHS.

Report Nov. 3 of a theft of a bicycle taken while the complainant was inside Cub Foods.

Report Nov. 3 of a bike stolen from a yard on the 900 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast.

Report Nov. 3 of a bike stolen on the 1800 block of Pine Street.

Report Nov. 1 of a theft of a cellphone on the 2100 block of South Sixth Street.
