DISTURBANCES — Report at 10:12 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, of a domestic disturbance between roommates on the 600 block of James Street. Two people were cited for disorderly conduct for brawling.

Report at 5 a.m. Friday of a domestic disturbance on the 1200 block of 10th Avenue Northeast.

Report at 1:18 a.m. Friday of a domestic disturbance at SE’s bar, 707 W. Laurel St. A person was trespassed from the bar and could no longer be there.

Report at 5:34 p.m. Dec. 4 of a domestic disturbance involving a juvenile daughter who refused to go home. Officers arrived on the 700 block of West Washington Street and got the girl to leave with the complainant.

Report at 12:58 a.m. Friday of a domestic disturbance on the 2100 block of Breilly Court. Police made contact and advised a person to not return to the residence for the remainder of the night.

Report at 3:39 p.m. Friday of a verbal dispute on the 2400 block of Hillcrest Drive.

Report at 11:43 a.m. Friday of a domestic disturbance at the Lincoln Education Center, 604 S. Sixth St. A 16-year-old boy was cited for disorderly conduct.

ARRESTS — A 33-year-old man was arrested at 9:32 p.m. Thursday for domestic assault and obstructing the legal process on the 8800 block of 110th Street, Brainerd.

A 31-year-old man was arrested at 8:33 p.m. Thursday for domestic assault by strangulation, domestic assault and disorderly conduct following an assault on the 900 block of 28th Street Southeast.

A 32-year-old man was arrested at 1:57 p.m. Thursday for fifth-degree assault, disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process following an assault on the 1800 block of Pine Street.

A 38-year-old man was arrested at 5:47 p.m. Dec. 4 for domestic assault and disorderly conduct following a domestic on the 900 block of Oak Street.

A 29-year-old man was arrested at 1:29 a.m. Sunday for third-degree driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop on the 900 block of Maple Street.

A 21-year-old man was arrested at 10:17 p.m. Saturday for domestic assault and disorderly conduct following a report of a domestic dispute on the 800 block of Walnut Street.

A 24-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman were arrested at 12:27 a.m. Saturday on the 900 block of Southeast 11th Street. The man was arrested for fleeing in a vehicle and two Crow Wing County warrants and the woman for fifth-degree drug possession and possing a legend drug.

THEFT — Report Sunday of a vehicle theft on the 700 block of South Ninth Street.

ROAD RAGE — A man was cited at 2:47 p.m. Sunday for disorderly conduct and littering following a road rage incident on Eighth Avenue Northeast and Washington Street.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 2:14 a.m. Sunday of a male in the parking lot yelling. Officers made contact and man stated he was waiting for a resident at the facility. The male was advised he was not welcome on the property.

Baxter police

ARRESTS — A 22-year-old man was arrested at 9:17 p.m. Saturday for DWI during a traffic stop on the 1200 block of West Campus Drive, Brainerd.

A 30-year-old man was arrested at 1:54 a.m. Saturday for domestic assault on the 14000 block of Jewelwood Drive.

A 26-year-old man was arrested at 10:39 p.m. Friday for DWI of a controlled substance on Industrial Park Road and Southeast 13th Street.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 6:05 p.m. Saturday of staff at Best Buy confronting a female suspected of concealing items. A confrontation occurred in store and merchandise was recovered.

Report at 6:14 p.m. Friday of a person at Bill’s Gun Shop and Range, 7609 Excelsior Road, acting odd and making strange comments to staff.

THEFT — A juvenile was cited at 7:23 p.m. Saturday for shoplifting at Mills Fleet Farm, 14114 Dellwood Drive.

Report Friday of a theft of a cellphone from a locker at Forestview Middle School, 12149 Knollwood Drive.

Report Friday of two people who partially paid for merchandise at Menards, 15236 Dellwood Drive.

A 19-year-old man was cited Friday for shoplifting at Mills Fleet Farm.

Report Friday of a theft from the school store at Forestview.

Crow Wing sheriff

ARREST — A 41-year-old man was arrested at 12:49 a.m. Saturday following a report of a physical domestic dispute on the 6100 block of Garrison Drive. He was booked into the Crow Wing County Jail for misdemeanor domestic assault.

FIRE — Report at 8:11 a.m. Saturday of a vehicle fire on the 21000 block of Indian Carry in Deerwood. Deerwood Fire Department responded.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 1:28 p.m. Friday of a domestic dispute at a residence on the 12000 block of Crow Wing County Highway 8, Brainerd. The caller wanted a male to be removed.

Breezy Point police

DISTURBANCES — Report at 3:54 p.m. Thursday of a man who was angry due to the road department breaking some of his plowing stakes on the 9300 block of County Highway 11. The man threw the broken stakes on the floor at city hall and stormed out. The stakes have been placed in the road right of way right up to the tar. A voicemail was left warning the man about his conduct in a public area.

Report Dec. 4 of a verbal disturbance between a father and a son with schizophrenia at a residence on Breezy Point.

Pequot Lakes police

DISTURBANCES — Report at 6:01 p.m. Saturday of a verbal disturbance on Summer Avenue in Jenkins. People involved agreed to separate for the night.

Report at 1:05 p.m. Dec. 3 of two Pequot Lakes High School students were cited for disorderly conduct.

Crosby police

DISTURBANCES — Report Dec. 4 of a domestic disturbance at a residence on the 500 block of Sixth Avenue Northeast, where a male would not leave the home. Officers made contact and the male left.

THEFT — Report Friday of a theft of two chainsaws taken from a garage on Second Street Northeast.

Report Dec. 3 of a theft at a business on the 300 block of East Main Street, as caller was missing medication.
