DISTURBANCES — Report at 8:06 a.m. Monday, July 6, of a domestic disturbance at Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center, 523 N. Third St.

Report at 7:54 p.m. Sunday of a domestic disturbance on the 1400 block of Laurel Street.

Report at 4:53 p.m. Sunday of a domestic disturbance on the 1800 block of Norwood Street.

Report at 12:20 a.m. Sunday of a domestic disturbance on the 1500 block of Norwood Street. Police are preparing paperwork for possible charges of misdemeanor domestic assault, disorderly conduct and property damage.

Report at 8:28 p.m. Saturday of a domestic disturbance outside a building on the 200 block of Southwest Fourth Street.

Report at 7:50 p.m. Saturday of a verbal dispute between people on the 700 block of F Street.

Report at 1:05 p.m. Saturday of an assault on the 1000 block of Grove Street. A man was cited for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Report at 4:53 a.m. Saturday of a domestic disturbance on the 1200 block of 14th Avenue Northeast. People involved agreed to separate for the night.

Report at 1:28 a.m. Saturday of several people yelling on the 300 block of South Sixth Street. The people were sent on their way.

Report at 1:49 p.m. Friday of a resident not obeying staff on the 1400 block of Laurel Street. Officer met with staff and came up with a resolution.

Report at 1:34 p.m. Friday of a domestic disturbance at Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center. Police assisted staff.

Report at 12:34 p.m. Friday of a fight in progress on the 900 block of 13th Avenue Northeast. A 49-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct.

ARRESTS — A 35-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man were arrested at 4:42 p.m. Sunday following a domestic disturbance on the 800 block of Washington Street. The woman was arrested for domestic assault and disorderly conduct and the man for second-degree driving while intoxicated and child endangerment.

A 49-year-old man was arrested at 1:39 p.m. Sunday for misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 1600 block of Maple Street.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 11:19 a.m. Sunday of a suspicious person on the 400 block of Front Street.

Report at 8:34 a.m. Sunday of suspicious activity on the 400 block of North Seventh Street.

Report at 1:15 a.m. Sunday of a suspicious person on Southeast 13th Street at Laurel Street. A 14-year-old boy was warned on a curfew violation.

Report at 12:58 a.m. Sunday of a suspicious person on Southeast 13th Street.

Report at 12:51 a.m. Sunday of suspicious activity at Speedway, 1223 S. Sixth St.

Report at 12:41 a.m. Sunday of a suspicious person on the 400 block of South Sixth Street.

Report at 6:15 p.m. Saturday of a suspicious person on South Sixth Street at Vine Street. A 21-year-old was cited for being a public nuisance.

Report at 12:21 a.m. Friday of the caller hearing a loud bang in her yard on the 600 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast. Officers patrolled the area and did not see anything out of place.

Report at 11:55 p.m. Thursday of a person with a flashlight digging through stacks of tires alongside a closed business on Northeast Washington Street. The person claimed she had permission from the business to look for a tire.

Report at 2:39 p.m. Thursday of a man riding a bicycle yelling and screaming at Laurel and South Sixth streets. Officers were unable to locate him.

Report at 11:23 a.m. Thursday of a male who rang the caller’s doorbell on the 900 block of Cindy Street and then looked into the garage window, acting suspicious. Officers advised the male.

Report at 2:48 a.m. Thursday of two males spray painting a bike on the 300 block of Hawkins Drive and taking off. Officers were unable to locate them.

THEFT — Report Sunday of a theft of a bicycle on the 1700 block of South Sixth Street.

Report Sunday of a bicycle taken from an enclosed porch on Karie Lane.

Report Saturday of a theft of a vehicle on the 1200 block of Southeast 13th Street.

Report Friday of a theft on the 500 block of B Street. Police are preparing paperwork for possible theft and drug possession charges.

Breezy Point police

ARRESTS — A 34-year-old man was arrested at 3:58 a.m. Sunday for fight-degree possession of a controlled substance following a report of a male offering drugs to people at Inn & Suites, 9351 Breezy Point Drive.

A 57-year-old man was arrested at 1:37 a.m. Saturday for domestic assault after threatening to beat his wife at Breezy Point Resort, 9252 Breezy Point Drive.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 5:46 p.m. Saturday of a domestic dispute between two males in the parking lot on the 9300 block of Breezy Point Drive. People were gone when officers arrived.

Report at 1:02 a.m. Saturday of a domestic disturbance in the hallway at Breezy Point Resort. Officers learned it was a verbal dispute only and a male agreed to leave for the night.

Report at 6 a.m. Thursday of a female who used pepper spray on the complainant due to an escalating verbal domestic dispute on the 29000 block of Percheron Drive. Neither person wanted to pursue criminal charges and the female was removed from the residence.

SUSPICIOUS — Report Friday of a man taking photos of teenagers at a beach on the 29000 block of Sand Beach Drive. The man was sent on his way.

Crow Wing sheriff

DISTURBANCES — Report at 8:10 p.m. Sunday of a domestic disturbance on the 10000 block of Crow Wing County Road 139, Fort Ripley. People involved agreed to separate.

Report at 7:02 p.m. of a third party report of a possible physical domestic on the 9500 block of Hillman Road, Brainerd. Deputies made contact and there was no physical altercation, but the people involved agreed to separate for the night.

Report at 9:28 a.m. Sunday of a domestic disturbance on the 800 block of Mattson Avenue, Ironton. People involved agreed to separate.

Report at 7:29 p.m. Saturday of a fight brewing on the 2300 block of Sleepy Hollow Road, Fort Ripley, involving an out of control intoxicated male. The male was transported to detox.

Report at 9:58 a.m. Friday of a male who was in the caller’s house and took water on the 4500 block of County Highway 45, Brainerd. When confronted the male left out the back and ran into the cornfield. Deputies were unable to locate him.

Report at 11:49 p.m. Thursday of a verbal argument involving a juvenile girl on the 19000 block of North Shirt Lake Road, Deerwood. Deputies were able to convince the girl to go to bed.

Report at 1:59 a.m. Thursday of the caller being assaulted by an intoxicated male on Silkstone Road and County Highway 30, Ironton.

FIRES — Report at 8:55 p.m. Sunday of a large fire on the 21000 block of Norway Pine Lane, Emily. The Emily Fire Department responded to the report.

Report at 11:18 p.m. Saturday of a fire in a garbage bin at Pine Crest Resort, 13873 County Road 109, Merrifield. Mission and Crosslake fire departments responded.

Report at 12:50 a.m. Friday of a truck on fire near a campsite on Silkstone Road and County Highway 30, Ironton. Deerwood Fire Department responded.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 10:28 p.m. Saturday of suspicious activity of someone pointing a green laser at people on the 22000 block of Beach Road, Deerwood. Deputies advised the person of the complaint.

BURGLARY — Report Saturday of a burglary of a pole building on the 9900 block of 100th Street, Brainerd. A chain saw was missing.

THEFT — Assisted the Crosslake Police Department Saturday with a theft and recovery of a watercraft on the 38000 block of Crow Wing Highway 3, Crosslake.

Report Friday of a theft of a mailbox on the 8500 block of Laurel Anne Lane, Brainerd.

ARREST — A 37-year-old man was arrested at 1:59 a.m. Friday for domestic assault and making terroristic threats on the 39000 block of County Highway 66, Manhattan Beach.
