ARRESTS — A 61-year-old man was arrested at 2:25 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 10, after refusing to leave AmericInn, 7836 Fairview Road.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 6:34 p.m. Saturday of a male walking suspiciously and possibly on drugs on the 14000 block of Baxter Drive. Officer made contact and male was just out for a walk.

Report at 5:58 p.m. Friday of an older male at the park on Baxter Lions Road walking his dog. Caller, a juvenile, stated he approached him and began talking about a nearby bathroom and he offered to show them where a nearby portable bathroom was. The juvenile was concerned about the male’s motive. Officer was unable to locate male.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 1:21 p.m. Saturday of a domestic disturbance on the 7300 block of Clearwater Road. Person was transported to Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd.

THEFT — A 23-year-old woman was cited Saturday for shoplifting at Walmart, 7295 Glory Road.

Report Friday of a theft of tools at Fleet Farm, 14114 Dellwood Drive.

ARRESTS — A 33-year-old man was arrested at 11:56 p.m. Sunday on a probation violation following a report of a suspicious person on the 700 block of Southeast 19th Street.

A woman was arrested at 6:37 p.m. Sunday for second-degree driving while intoxicated after a report of a stalled vehicle on the 1500 block of Riverside Drive.

A 45-year-old woman was arrested at 3:36 a.m. Saturday for misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 500 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 11:33 p.m. Sunday of a suspicious activity on the 400 block of West College Drive.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 4:33 p.m. Sunday of a domestic disturbance on the 400 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast.

Report at 10:54 p.m. Saturday of a domestic disturbance on the 1400 block of Norwood Street.

Reports at 1:03 a.m. and 2:37 a.m. of domestic disturbances on the 500 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast.

Report at 11:55 p.m. Friday of a person who wanted to go to the hospital and caused a disturbance on Southwest Sixth Street. The person was sleeping when officers arrived and advised by family not to wake him up.

Report at 11:347 p.m. Friday of a domestic disturbance on the 500 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast.

Report at 4:06 p.m. Friday of a domestic disturbance on the 2100 block of South Sixth Street.

DISTURBANCES — Report Jan. 5 of mother and daughter who had been arguing loudly for hours on First Street Southwest. Officers spoke to the mother who stated the daughter had left with her father and she declined to hear her options by officers.

SUSPICIOUS — Report Jan. 7 of a suspicious person from a residence on Third Street Northeast. The complainant stated he saw a young male in the driveway of a neighbor’s house that he knows are out of town.

THEFT —- Report Jan. 5 of a theft of a package on the front step of a residence on West Main Street. It was reported the box was opened, but empty.

Report Jan. 4 of a vehicle theft from a residence.

OTHER — Report Jan. 5 of a complaint from a resident on First Street Northwest stating he was offended by an anti-Joe Biden flag in a yard on Third Street Northeast. Officer advised the complainant that it was the homeowners’ right to have the flag even though he may not agree with it.
