ARRESTS — A 47-year-old man was arrested at 11:46 p.m. Jan. 17 on a county warrant following a report of suspicious activity of people carrying pallets in the parking lot at the Westgate Mall, 14136 Baxter Drive. Police told the people to return the pallets and to come back when the business was open to verify they can take the pallets.
SUSPICIOUS — Report at 11:58 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 20, of the caller’s Ring camera turning on and she wanted an officer to check the area on the 5100 block of Clearwater Road. Officers found no sign of criminal activity.
Report at 7:32 a.m. Jan. 19 of a suspicious male possibly concealing merchandise at Speedway, 14963 Edgewood Drive. Officer made contact and the person was not concealing merchandise, but had a county warrant.
Report at 2:31 p.m. Jan. 17 of a male and female in a parked van taking photos on the 15000 block of Garland Drive. Caller came back and told officers to disregard.
Report at 7:04 a.m. Jan. 17 of a white van parked at the Westgate Mall for awhile. Officers made contact with the people in the van who were found to be floor cleaners.
DISTURBANCES — Report at 7:01 p.m. Jan. 16 of parents yelling at kids in a vehicle and the kids were crying at Walmart, 7295 Glory Road. Vehicle was gone prior to the officer’s arrival.
THEFTS — A 20-year-old man was cited at 3:47 p.m. Jan. 19 for theft at Walmart.
A 39-year-old woman was cited at 9:39 p.m. Jan. 15 for theft at Walmart.
A 61-year-old man was cited at 7:45 p.m. Jan. 15 for theft at Walmart.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 6:51 p.m. Wednesday of a fight on the 500 block of First Avenue Northeast. People were gone before police arrived.
Report at 6:31 p.m. Wednesday of a domestic disturbance on the 300 block of B Street.
Report at 6:06 p.m. Wednesday of a caller wanting a female removed from the 1300 block of Rosewood Street. Officer responded and separated people who were involved in a domestic disturbance.
Report at 12:07 a.m. Wednesday of a domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 1900 block of South Seventh Street. Police are preparing criminal charges to be forwarded to the city prosecutor’s office.
Report at 12:37 a.m. Wednesday of a domestic disturbance on the 1300 block of South Sixth Street.
Report at 7:24 p.m. Jan. 19 of a verbal domestic disturbance on the 3300 block of Oak Street. Officers were unable to locate a male and are preparing criminal charges to be filed.

ARRESTS — A 33-year-old man was arrested at 8:53 p.m. Wednesday for misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct for brawling and fighting on the 100 block of Kelley Rae Road.
A 31-year-old woman was arrested at 2:39 p.m. Jan. 19 for misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct for brawling and fighting on the 800 block of Washington Street.
A woman was arrested at 11:21 p.m. Wednesday for third-degree driving while intoxicated after a report of a vehicle stuck in the snowbank on the 1400 block of Mill Avenue.
SUSPICIOUS — Report at 1:39 a.m. Thursday of a suspicious vehicle on the 400 block of First Avenue Northeast. Officers gave curfew warnings to four juvenile males.
Report at 12:57 a.m. Thursday of someone knocking on doors and windows on the 1500 block of Quince Street. Person was gone before the police arrived.

SUSPICIOUS — Report Jan. 17 of a suspicious vehicle parked at private condos on Shoreview Lane and Breezy Point Drive. The people were talking after not seeing each other for a long time. They were sent on their way.

ARRESTS — A 23-year-old man was arrested at 2:14 a.m. Jan. 17 for DWI following a suspicious vehicle parked on North Horseshoe Lake Road and Crow Wing County Highway 3, Merrifield.
A 21-year-old man was arrested for DWI following a report of a vehicle off the road on County Highway 18 and Clark Lake Lane, Nisswa.
DISTURBANCES — Report at 8:13 p.m. Jan. 17 of a physical domestic assault on the 7900 block of County Highway 23, Brainerd.
Report at 11:30 a.m. Jan. 16 of a domestic disturbance on the 16000 block of County Highway 1, Fifty Lakes. People involved agreed to separate.
Report at 8:59 a.m. Jan. 16 of a domestic disturbance over vehicle titles and a divorce on the 3100 block of Pine Street, Jenkins. Deputies mediated the situation.
BURGLARY — Report Jan. 18 of an unlocked shed broken into on the 13000 block of Eagle Creek Lane, Bay Lake Township.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 5:15 p.m. Jan. 16 of a suspicious female caught on camera on the 15000 block of Pine Shores Road, Brainerd.
