SUSPICIOUS — Report at 1:47 a.m. Friday, Feb. 12, of suspicious activity on the 800 block of South Sixth Street.

Report at 6:56 p.m. Feb. 11 of a suspicious person who stated they worked for Spectrum and the person was asking them questions at their house at a late hour on the 300 block of First Avenue Northeast.

ARRESTS — A 57-year-old man was arrested at 11:51 p.m. Feb. 11 for felony first-degree criminal sexual conduct following a report on Oak Street.

A 35-year-old woman was arrested at 8:17 p.m. Feb. 11 on two felony warrants, drug possession, giving a false name and date of birth to a police officer and driving after revocation following a report of a suspicious person on the 800 block of Washington Street.

A 42-year-old man was arrested at 7:52 p.m. Feb. 8 for a felony warrant after police were called to a different incident in Northeast Brainerd.

A 23-year-old man was arrested at 7:39 p.m. Feb. 8 for misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct on Northeast Washington Street and Third Avenue.

A 37-year-old man was arrested at 11:39 p.m. Feb. 6 for second-degree burglary and being in possession of stolen property and controlled substances following a burglary report on the 200 block of North Eighth Street.

A 47-year-old man was arrested at 1:20 a.m. Feb. 6 for two counts of misdemeanor assault and disorderly conduct following a report of a domestic assault on the 2600 block Fred Lane.

A 31-year-old man was arrested at 1:16 a.m. Feb. 6 for third-degree driving while intoxicated and misdemeanor assault and disorderly conduct following a report of an intoxicated person on South Eighth Street.

DISTURBANCES — Report at 11:23 p.m. Feb. 10 of a verbal domestic dispute on the 500 block of North Eighth Street. A person involved agreed to leave for the remainder of the night.

Report at 9:50 p.m. Feb. 10 of a domestic disturbance on the 200 block of Washington Street.

Report at 5:59 p.m. Feb. 10 of a domestic disturbance on the 300 block of North Seventh Street. People involved agreed to separate.

Report at 12:46 p.m. Feb. 10 of a domestic disturbance on the 600 block of South Sixth Street.

Report at 7:37 p.m. Feb. 9 of a domestic disturbance on the 400 block of Fourth Avenue Northeast. People involved agreed to separate.

Report at 2:01 a.m. Feb. 9 of a verbal altercation on the 1400 block of Pine Street. People separated for the rest of the night.

Report at 11:03 p.m. Feb. 7 of a domestic assault on the 700 block of Southwest Sixth Street. Police are preparing paperwork for criminal charges for two people for misdemeanor domestic assault.

Report at 10:31 a.m. Feb. 6 of an assault at PORT Group Home for Boys, 1406 Laurel St. Police are preparing paperwork for criminal charges for misdemeanor assault and disorderly conduct.

FIRE — Report at 1:07 a.m. Feb. 7 of a trailer house on fire on the 30000 block of Birch Lane, Motley. Scandia Valley Fire responded and put fire out. It is unknown what caused the fire.

ASSAULT — Report at 9:56 p.m. Feb. 6 of a fight at a bar in Randall. Deputy spoke with the suspect who denied the allegations and three others who declined to give a statement.

DISTURBANCE — Report at 7:55 p.m. Feb. 6 that the caller’s ex-girlfriend was at his house throwing things on Drove Road in Randall. Deputies made contact with her and she was intoxicated and in her car to stay warm. She was transported to detox.

SUSPICIOUS — Report at 8:50 a.m. Feb. 5 of a person caught sleeping in the restroom at Trails Edge Food Fuel and Liquor, 9192 Highway 25, Pierz. The person left on foot before the deputy arrived.
