SUSPICIOUS — Report at 5:51 p.m. Monday, Feb. 22, of a vehicle driving down the 10000 block of Red RIver Drive where young adults got out and walked into the woods. Caller found a sweatshirt that appeared to have been partially burned.
Report at 12:04 p.m. Monday of a suspicious vehicle at White Oak Estates, 14272 Grand Oaks Drive, which left and went to the Community Behavioral Health Hospital. The driver showed the officer a text to verify the reason why he was there.
THEFT — Report Monday of a theft at Fleet Farm, 14114 Dellwood Drive.
ARRESTS — A 40-year-old man was arrested at 6:12 p.m. Monday for domestic assault and disorderly conduct following a dispute on the 900 block of Oak Street.
A 29-year-old man was arrested at 4:27 p.m. Saturday for felony domestic assault, child endangerment and misdemeanor domestic assault on Pine Street. Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center reported the assault and the child was placed on 72 hour protective hold with Crow Wing County Social Services.
A 24-year-old man was arrested at 7:47 p.m. Friday for misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct following a welfare check on the 1400 block of Maple Street.

Report at 11:06 p.m. Saturday of a male who had no funds to pay his bill at Sheps on 6th, 315 S. Sixth St.
Report at 10:08 p.m. Saturday of a fight on the 700 block of Laurel St. Officers responded and learned the fight was an argument only.
Report at 4:44 p.m. Saturday from a man stating a woman is damaging his stuff on the 300 block of B Street and he wants the officer to make her stop.
Report at 11:39 p.m. Friday of a physical domestic on the 400 block of Second Avenue Northeast. Police are preparing paperwork for criminal charges against an individual for misdemeanor domestic assault and disorderly conduct.
Report at 7:54 a.m. Friday of a fight at PORT Group Home for Boys, 1406 Laurel St. A juvenile boy was arrested for misdemeanor fifth-degree assault, obstructing the legal process and disorderly conduct.
DISTURBANCES — Report Sunday of a domestic disturbance on Third Avenue Northwest. People involved denied anything physical occurred and they agreed to separate.
Report Saturday of a juvenile male who was told to leave a relative’s home after getting into an argument. The juvenile’s mother was on her way from Brainerd to pick him up.
Report Feb. 17 of a domestic disturbance at a residence on Third Avenue Northwest. A female was packing to leave the residence and the officer stood by until they separated.
Report Feb. 17 of a verbal domestic dispute on Third Street Northeast. People involved stated it was verbal only and they agreed to separate for the night.
Report Feb. 13 of a female yelling and crying at a business on East Main Street. Officers spoke to the female who was upset over relationship issues.
ARRESTS — A 20-year-old woman and a 29-year-old woman were arrested Feb. 15 following a possible domestic dispute inside a vehicle on the Third Avenue Northeast for indecent exposure, drug possession, probation violation and multiple warrants.
ARRESTS — A 35-year-old man was arrested at 10:22 p.m. Saturday for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop on the 5000 block of Nashway Road.
A 37-year-old man was arrested at 4:20 a.m. Friday following a suspicious vehicle on the 5400 block of City Hall Street.
A 57-year-old man was arrested at 1:42 a.m. Friday during a traffic stop on Crow Wing County Highway 13 and Highway 371.
A 35-year-old woman and a 48-year-old man were arrested at 11:46 p.m. Feb. 16 for drug possession during a traffic stop on the 25000 block of South Main Street. The man also was arrested for driving while intoxicated of a controlled substance and firearm charges.
