ARRESTS — A woman was arrested and cited at 12:45 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 25, for gross misdemeanor third-degree driving while intoxicated, open bottle and driving after suspension during a traffic stop on North Eighth and Ivy streets. Officers also cited a male for underage consumption and possessing drug paraphernalia.
A 43-year-old man was arrested at 11:54 p.m. Wednesday for a warrant following a report of a suspicious vehicle on the 800 block of South Sixth Street.
A 60-year-old man was arrested at 8:01 p.m. Wednesday for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct following a domestic disturbance on the 11000 block of State Avenue, Brainerd.
A 44-year-old man was arrested at 4:53 p.m. Feb. 24 for vehicle theft after a report of a man breaking into and trying to start a vehicle on the 2000 block of Crestview Lane.
A 35-year-old man was arrested at 1:18 a.m. Feb. 24 for misdemeanor domestic assault, disorderly conduct and for trespassing on property on the 3300 block of Oak Street.
A man was arrested at 12:23 p.m. Feb. 23 for felony check forgery, identity theft and fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance on the 1000 block of Fir Street.
DISTURBANCES — Report at 7:27 p.m. Feb. 24 for a domestic disturbance on the 1100 block of Norwood Street.
Report at 9:51 a.m. Feb. 24 of a verbal argument on the 1000 block of Southeast 19th Street.
Report at 3:09 p.m. Feb. 23 of a domestic disturbance on the 100 block of North First Street.
THEFT — Report Feb. 24 of a vehicle theft on the 1000 block of Southeast 19th Street.
SUSPICIOUS — Report at 8:44 p.m. Feb. 23 of a person standing outside looking suspicious on Pine and 10th streets. Officers were unable to locate anyone.
Report at 5:26 p.m. Feb. 23 of suspicious activity on the 1100 block of East River Road. Officer spoke with the people involved and advised.

ASSAULT — Report at 9 p.m. Feb. 23 of an assault at Rustic bar, 112 First St. SE, where a man was cut with a possible glass pipe. The suspect left prior to officers’ arrival and the victim, who went to the hospital, refused to cooperate with the officers.
Report at 11:01 p.m. Feb. 22 of an assault on the 100 block of Second Avenue Northeast.
THEFT — Report Feb. 23 of a theft of a Road-Master mountain bike taken on the 900 block of 11th Street Northeast.
DISTURBANCES — Report at 1:56 p.m. Feb. 20 of a male and female outside yelling on the 800 block of Eighth Street Northwest. Upon arrival the male was gone and the female, who said she was fine, was waiting for a taxi.
Report at 10:43 a.m. Feb. 19 of a verbal dispute at an apartment on the 400 block of Third Street Northeast.
Report at 9:05 p.m. Feb. 18 of a domestic disturbance on Buck Lane. Officers made contact with the people involved who stated it was just a verbal argument, nothing physical.
ARREST — A 36-year-old man was arrested at 12:29 a.m. Feb. 18 of a domestic assault on the 800 block of Lindbergh Drive Northwest.

A 31-year-old man was arrested at 11:52 p.m. Feb. 20 for DWI during a traffic stop in Pierz.
A 52-year-old man was arrested at 6:33 p.m. Feb. 18 for DWI following a report of a driver who was possibly intoxicated on Quest Road, Pierz.
DISTURBANCES — Report at 3:32 p.m. Feb. 22 of a report of a theft resulting in someone assaulting the complainant on the 27000 block of 213th Street, Pierz.
Report at 11:04 p.m. Feb. 20 of a disagreement in Randall. The male advised he would sleep in his vehicle for the night.
THEFTS — Report Feb. 22 of identity theft on Hillview Lane, Little Falls.
Report of a scam where the caller’s parents sent $9,000 to Memphis, Tennessee, as they received a call from a person claiming to be a law enforcement officer and were advised their granddaughter was in jail and needed bail money. The caller was able to stop the payment.
Report Feb. 20 of another scam where the caller’s Amazon account was locked and was told to buy $1,000 in gift cards. The caller then became suspicious it was a scam and called authorities.
Report Feb. 20 of a vehicle theft in Hillman.
Report Feb. 18 of a scam where the complainant stated he received a call from the Morrison County Government Center claiming to be a sergeant and there was a warrant out for his arrest.
SUSPICIOUS — Report Feb. 21 of a male pounding on a garage door and then the house door on the 11000 block of Skyview Ridge Road, Little Falls. Deputy made contact and was advised the people knocking on the door were looking for their son who had lied to them about where he was going.
