Report at 6:32 p.m. Saturday of a domestic disturbance on the 600 block of 13th Street Southeast.
Report at 12:39 p.m. Saturday of a male yelling on the 800 block of Fir Street. He was upset over a vehicle parked in front of his residence. Officers mediated the situation and all was calm.

ARRESTS — A 36-year-old man was arrested at 7:38 p.m. Sunday for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, obstructing the legal process and disorderly conduct following a domestic disturbance in the parking lot at Giant Wash, 1224 Oak St.

A 23-year-old woman was arrested at 3:46 p.m. Sunday for misdemeanor domestic assault, disorderly conduct for brawling and fighting on the 400 block of B Street.
A 37-year-old man was arrested at 1:32 p.m. Sunday for domestic assault and disorderly conduct on the 800 block of 28th Street Southeast.
A 32-year-old man was arrested at 10:19 a.m. Friday for disorderly conduct on the 700 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast.

Report at 3:42 p.m. Monday of suspicious activity on the 400 block of D Street.
Report at 7:43 p.m. Saturday of a suspicious female dancing in a neighboring yard on the 700 block of F Street. Officers made contact and learned the female belonged at the residence and was OK.
